The Lodge at Mount Snow

Overall love this place!!!!

Family of 6, rented two room next to each other. Not bad for the price and being practically right on the mountain!

We had a great experience staying at The Lodge. The room was spacious with access to a shared balcony. The Moover bus (shuttle to the mountain) was located right at the bottom of the hotel driveway. Alternately, the mountain was an easy 10 minute walk. Quick drive to lots of restaurants along the main road. Mini fridge in the room, netflix on the TV, and shovels available to dig your car out. The front desk staff was super friendly. I wish the Tavern on site was open - it's an empty bar. But great rec room to play pool/darts. There's an indoor hot tub so bring your suit! Overall great experience. We will be back.

Unfortunately our room had multiple smells such as: fecal matter (mattress and floor) and deodorizer, and a vent smell. It seems like the cleaners used may also have had strong smells. It was unfortunate given the proximity to mountain and cost!

The front desk staff was responsive and arranged a new room which was less smelly (just vent and general cleaner smell) was off-putting at times.

Breakfast spread was decent for kids, new room bed was comfortable and not smelly.

Downside is large lodge/tavern area was dirty and fireplace not operational.

Great place for a family trip

Staff was friendly, close to Mt. Snow. Rooms were clean.

We stayed one night while snowboarding at Mt. Snow. This lodge is conveniently located close to Mt. Snow, however it is a bit far to walk but definitely easy enough to drive and park at the mountain. The lodge looks outdated from the outside and in the lobby, but the room is very clean, updated, and very comfortable! The price is a steal for the location. The staff are great, and the continental breakfast has enough options to get you started for your day. I'd highly recommend!

The Inn was clean and well kept and the staff did a nice job with Breakfast etc. Quaint and convenient

This is really perfect for skiing at Mt Snow which is literally the next road over. Friendly and welcoming service. Nice clean room with comfortable furniture, free Wi-Fi and streaming TVs. Free bottled water, quality snacks and a quality continental breakfast were all great surprises. We will definitely stay again!

Great place 5 mins walk from ski lifts. Very recommended, affordable,friendly stuff.

Went for our son’s 16th birthday
February 2023 the Mountain View rooms are awesome. Minutes to MT Snow and local food and shops- truly a great time had by all

Staff was unreasonable … pet friendly hotel they charge u $30 per night per dog and you are not permitted to leave the dog alone in the room how can u ski isn’t that the point of a pet friendly hotel at the base of a ski resort? The pet friendly room is in the basement with a one basement window …ended up getting my money back and leaving horrible if you have pets, do not go here. It is not pet friendly !!!

Great location. Thought that maid service would be every day. Never had clean towels or beds made.
Garbage was never taken out. Guess there wasn't any maid service..Rooms were big beds were ok.

Rooms are big comparing with other mountain inn places. Our room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options. And the biggest advantage was the proximity to the ski slopes. We would come back here any time. Thank you for the great service.

Helpful staff and great shuttle to mt snow

This hotel was better than I expected! Great staff and good hang out space. Only gripe would be the double beds vs queens.

Loved the hot cocoa bar! Kids couldn’t get enough of it along with the snacks in the lobby. Continental breakfast had quite the variety. Rooms were basic but we were there to ski not hang out in room. Only downfall was no dresser or small table in room to unpack clothes.

Great property and location to Mount Snow. Its an older building but you can tell they did a good job on updating the inside, rooms, lounge area, etc. It was our first time staying there with 3 other families.
The one issue I do have is with the rude woman at the front desk. She was initially very present and helpful. However for the remainder of the stay, whenever we needed services at the front desk, she was always behind in the office and not out in the open. She became very nasty and irritated as she had to come out of hiding and actually help her customers to the point where she was very mean to my wife. There were 3 families with kids, 6 kids total w/ages 7-11. She went on about how we were loud and the kids were out of control. There was one night where we ordered in and were out in the lounge area that is away from all the guest rooms. It was between the times of 5-9pm. Apparently kids are not supposed to use the dart board or play on the pool table, why have those?!? Quiet hours start at 10pm mind you. Also, there was only about 3 other groups staying there that we had great interactions with. Honestly, I am not sure If I would come back because of the attitude of this receptionist. She wanted to just hide in the office behind the front desk and not be bothered.
