Just got back from this hotel from 29 dec to 4 jan . Could not fault it . All staff very friendly and very hard working, especially on New Years Eve when a Gala Dinner had been arranged for everyone with a free bar till 5 am . We made it till 3am . Would like to thank Sandra who was our waitress and also our waitress at the brunch next day , 2hours sleep but still smiling 😊 . We found the hotel well located with shops,bars and restaurants all near by and a 10 min walk to the beach , with a lovely promenade all the way to Altea with many bars and restaurants along the way . The bar staff in the hotel were very friendly and always smiling , the bar prices were very reasonable being a hotel, the only down side was no entertainment except for Saturday night , also the drop off and pick up point was about 250 mtrs 5 min walk away, not nice at 5.45 in the morning and in the rain ☔. Really enjoyed our stay and have booked for 2026 .

We were made welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was exceptional with choices for everyone and well presented. Only down side was children with no parental control, signs should be children under 14yrs not to self serve!!! The restaurant and staff and finers deserved more respect.

The downstairs part of the hotel is very clean and looks very nice, but my room was badly in need of some tlc, although the bins were emptied every day not much else was done in the room. Staff were pleasant but not exactly friendly.
I was also under the impression that there was an indoor pool, there was a pool in the spa that cost 20 euros to use for an hour, I didn’t use it.
All in all I would not recommend this hotel.

Here at the moment, food staff cleaners everybody amazing, management dire no entertainment for kids adults at night time, I would sack them all!

We checked in as a last minute decision to go enjoy Christmas Eve with a gala dinner and in a nice spa hotel for the two of us, firstly the hotel charged our card two times by mistake and they said the refund woild take up to 5-8 days, unbelievable. We checked in late afternoon and were told dinner was 6.30-9.30pm we were downstairs at 8pm for what we thought would be a nice evening gala dinner for our Christmas Eve, as here in Spain we celebrate the night of the 24th, dinner room had no decorations, service was very poor, host on the door was very rude and at 9.05pm in the middle of our mains, told us we needed to vacate the table in a few minutes because it "was Christmas Eve for everyone" and they were leaving to go home, a little surprised, as this to my friend and I was also our Christmas Eve meal and we also planned to enjoy it, I stood up and went to try take a couple of pieces of dessert from the dessert stand but nothing left and asked was it possible for something more and the same waitress host told me that nothing more was being served and to hurry up and leave. Really un-welcoming and very rude for no reason, I think especially during Christmas or any special time you would expect a nice warm welcome and feeling and nice mannered staff to serve you. We left the dinner hall at 9.20pm maximum also other guests some with small children were also all told to leave immediately, the little ones also didnt get any dessert. We went into the bar area where the stage was to be told no entertainment or anything for the Christmas period as it was "only live music on Saturdays", Many unhappy guests thinking like us a nice hotel and a nice atmosphere for Christmas, but we were wrong. The spa we were planning to book for 25th its a 90 minute session but were told until 12 its only families with children, so I said thats no problem we will book for us at 12 and was told they close at 1pm so would only get 60 minutes. Again a very unpleasant staff, clearly didnt want to be at work, that really had no care for customers, I have I don't think ever made a bad review on here but this hotel really was soo disappointing, make my friend and I oir Christmas actually quite sad with what should of been a fun, relaxing time.
As we checked out our room the chambermaid was stood directly at our door almost inside out door practically at 12 noon almost to the minute with her arms crossed waiting for us to leave, I have never experienced anything so off putting and the entire experience was terrible. I travel alot and the hotel was a shambles. The general manager I explained to him as we checked out and he said he would "see what he could do" also not really caring his guests us both hard working moms had a terrible Christmas.

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. The room and public areas were exceptionally clean. The food was amazing! good quality with a vast choice. Fantastic hotel.

Todo excelente, desde el personal en recepción cuando te recibe hasta el buffet. Todo limpio y correcto.
