Important information:

Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.

Children from 4 to11 years can use the spa only at children´s time (saturday and sunday 10.00h to 11.00h).

The spa is open from 10:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday is closed. Spa entry and treatments must be booked in advance.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, the credit cardholder must be present upon arrival.

All reservations with a stay on December 31st, include the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.

La Palapa is now a Snack Bar that opens only in high season

The kids' club or mini club is open all year round from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a monitor, children can use it always under the supervision of their parents.
Children's entertainment is only available in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy it, always under the supervision of their parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

I’ve visited twice and enjoyed my stay hopefully going back again in the future
Pros:

Good all round hotel staff were great nice pool and bars very clean and tidy

Cons:

Just the breakfast not to my taste sorry

Pros:

Desayuno muy bien, piscina perfecta, habitaciones correctas, todo muy limpio, ubicacion excelente.

Cons:

Me decepciono la cena, poca variedad y todo con salsas picantes, la cena muy pobre, excesivamente emfocada a los extranjeros.

Genial, como siempre.
Pros:

El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones genial. Todo fantástico, como siempre.

Cons:

Como hemos ido a principios de junio (en temporada alta solo permiten reservar cuatro noches 😔) no estaba abierta la Palapa ni había animación infantil, que tanto nos gustan.

I can not fault this hotel at all on anything , would stay again in this hotel food good staff very helpful , beds comfy very clean everything great , thank you for a great stay

Awful stay
Pros:

Lovely stay the first 5 days - lovely and quiet

stayed from the 16th too the 23rd of may
the the last two days were horrendous

Then kids ruined the peace,
Wee,ing in pools, dive bombing and lilos in the pool despite there being signs saying not too - running around pools despite signs saying not too and screaming and shouting despite signs saying not too -

Spoke too the receptionist on yesterday about it and i just got told

‘Kids are allowed here’ and ‘its up too the parents too tell them off’

What would of been helpful was her saying

‘il go speak too the parents and ask them too ask the kids too keep the noise down and stop messing in the pools’

Its not great treatment too a paying guest!

Also asked about seeing the spa too see iff we wanted to go in, and got told point blank No and too look on internet

She was extremely rude!

Also the FREE internet

Never worked the whole time

Id recommend some staff training and a lifegaurd round the pool,
We chose this week because kids should of still been in school and it should of been quiet!
