Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.
Children from 4 to11 years can use the spa only at children´s time (saturday and sunday 10.00h to 11.00h).
The spa is open from 10:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday is closed. Spa entry and treatments must be booked in advance.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, the credit cardholder must be present upon arrival.
All reservations with a stay on December 31st, include the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
La Palapa is now a Snack Bar that opens only in high season
The kids' club or mini club is open all year round from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a monitor, children can use it always under the supervision of their parents.
Children's entertainment is only available in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy it, always under the supervision of their parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Is goed gelegen met een leuke koffiebar op 10 min wandelen.
- Kamer was proper en badkamer relatief recent vernieuwd.

- zeer dunne deuren dus lawaai van de gang is steeds te horen
- vriendelijkheid van medewerkers is nog een werkpunt. momenteel gewoon behulpzaam maar vriendelijkheid ontbreekt

la ubicacion cerca de la playa.
Llegué un domingo por la noche y el gimnasio estaba cerrado, y además me informaron que el lunes tampoco abriría. Esto no se comunicó previamente.
Por la mañana, a las 8:00, no había ningún bar abierto en los alrededores y el hotel no ofrece una opción básica para tomar un café. Solicité únicamente un café (sin desayuno), incluso pagando, y la única alternativa fue contratar el desayuno completo por 20€, sin posibilidad de algo tan simple como una taza de café.
No había tampoco máquinas de café disponibles para los huéspedes.
La falta de flexibilidad en algo tan básico afecta bastante la experiencia.Es un detalle pequeño, pero marca mucho la diferencia en la atencion al cliente.
La cama y las almohadas dejan mucho de desear. Las almohadas son súper blandas, y no tienen otro tipo.

El personal
My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Although the room itself was clean and tidy, the overall comfort level was very poor.
The biggest issue was the non-functioning air conditioning. At the same time, there was an old refrigerator in the room that heats up significantly while running and essentially works like a radiator, making the room even hotter. It is placed inside a cabinet, which raises serious safety concerns — is this really safe, and is there no risk of fire?
The Wi-Fi connection was also very inconvenient. It was complicated to connect, requiring repeated entry of personal details and registration. On top of that, the connection frequently dropped, forcing me to go through the same process over and over again.
Breakfast was very poor and of low quality. The coffee, in particular, was extremely disappointing — it barely had any taste of coffee at all.
Overall, this was an absolute disappointment of a stay

This hotel was good except for one key issue - the pool was closed for planned maintenance and we hadn’t been informed. The weather wasn’t hot by any means but we expected to use the pool. We have since raised this with TUI and have been told that because we have no evidence to back up our claim there will be no compensation. We are not looking for much but find it unacceptable that TUI can sell a holiday package with a key feature missing!
Lovely hotel, no real issues apart from the shower in the room! Instead of the water staying within the shower, unless you had the pressure really low the water flooded the whole of the bathroom and spread into the room! We did report it and the maintenance team reacted very quickly but it didn’t really solve the issue and we learned to keep the water pressure very low. Apart from that the room was very comfortable. Not a pool view but it meant when we got back to our room after a day out we still had full sunshine on our balcony. Beds really comfy. Location great a short stroll to the beach or shops and restaurants. Supermarket on the doorstep, perfect to buy extra supplies. Breakfast selection very good. We would return.

Paid extra on check-in for an upgraded room €210 euros for room in the deluxe area on the 5th floor.
Nice room, but no tea/coffee making facilities , which as seasoned travellers have never come across 😳😳.
Also no glasses 😳 2 paper cups.

Thankfully we had brought our own tea and coffee making facilities from home.
We also purchased 2 glasses from the charity shop over the road from the hotel so we could enjoy a glass of wine on our balcony with dignity 😀.
The worst thing about this hotel is you cannot take your purchased drinks from the bar into the restaurant, and you also cannot take any drinks purchased in the restaurant 🙄 back to the Bar.
What an absolute joke. Felt like a naughty child when told I was not allowed to take our drinks into the restaurant.

Breakfast, again no words. Cold, eggs cooked to an inch of their lives inedible.

Most of the staff are miserable and don't make you feel welcome.
We have just retired and want to live life to the full.

5 day break at this lovely hotel. This was my 2nd stay in 18 months. Stayed in rooms 105 & 109 opposite the Lidle. Hotel was just as good as before. Great location. Good Facilities. Lovely food & staff couldn’t do enough. Will definitely visit again.
