Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.
Children from 4 to11 years can use the spa only at children´s time (saturday and sunday 10.00h to 11.00h).
The spa is open from 10:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday is closed. Spa entry and treatments must be booked in advance.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, the credit cardholder must be present upon arrival.
All reservations with a stay on December 31st, include the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
La Palapa is now a Snack Bar that opens only in high season
The kids' club or mini club is open all year round from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a monitor, children can use it always under the supervision of their parents.
Children's entertainment is only available in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy it, always under the supervision of their parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Comida era muito boa
Regime de meia pensão não inclui sequer água nas refeições principais. Nem permitem que os hóspedes levem agua “obrigando-os” a comprar uma garrafa por 2,75€. Podiam pelo menos oferecer água da torneira para quem não quisesse comprar.
The hotel nice outside in the room draws broken just hanging there lighting very dark television only had one English side to watch felt that they didn’t want English there
The man I spoke to who give me the keys wouldn’t take English money of me not very nice I was going to a funeral wouldn’t let me go into room till 3 o’clock to get changed
La situación del hotel es muy buena. Andando llegas a muchos puntos de interés: supermercados, restaurantes. La playa es cierto que queda como a 10 minutos caminando.
Lo que mas me gusto fue el restaurante, tipo buffet, moderado pero todo de muy buena calidad y como el hotel no es muy grande no había que hacer típicas colas como en otros hoteles.
También el personal del comedor muy amables y agradables
La animación fue básica, los primeros días coincidimos con un chico Josep, que fue encantador y lo pasamos genial incluso los adultos jugando al waterpolo. Al cuatro día cambio el chico de la animación Michel, y no se implicaba nada, iba cansado ya a trabajar, estaba desganado y no hacia nada, pero ni en los juegos de piscina ni por la noche, que solo ponía música cuando el otro chico se dedicaba a poner juegos básicos pero los niños.
Otro aspecto fue que hubo un ascensor estropeado toda la semana y había que subir y bajar por las escaleras, o esperar mucho tiempo.
El personal, la limpieza y el buffet
De los tres ascensores uno no iba y otro iba cuando quería y muy lento. Por suerte estuvimos en la primera planta. De la habitación el armario estaba para arreglar.

Ontbijt was echt heel slecht, koffie was heel slecht, zwembad was veel te klein voor alle mensen. Zeer onvriendelijke medewerksters.

The swimming pool was smaller than in the pictures and didn't seem the cleanest and it was pretty crowded
The floor around the swimming pool was super slippery, luckily we didn't fall
The "mini disco" is more games for the kids than music...
Our sink in the bathroom was blocked since we arrived for 2 days...

La cama que era un sofá y muy caro para ir al spa además con horario muy ajustado si vas con niños y a parte di entro casi a las 4 no es justo que me tenga que ir antes de las 12 muy mal me quitáis horas y es caro
Fantastisch ontbijt, heel fijne stortdouche op de kamer en erg vriendelijk bar- en ontbijtpersoneel. Goede ligging t.o.v. centrum, boulevard, strand en markt. Mooi zwembad met ruim voldoende zit- en ligplekken.
Bedden kunnen beter, vriendelijkheid receptie kan beter, jammer dat je extra moet bijbetalen voor zwembadhanddoeken en kamerkluisje en heel jammer dat er voor Nederland een softwarebug in het oplaadstation in de parkeergarage zit en het dus niet bruikbaar is voor Nederlanders.

Not enough sun beds, hard to find a seat.....alot of people saving seats with towels but werent sat round the pool...
We travel to different resorts in Turkey twice a year, so we have a lot of experience and plenty to compare this hotel with. To be honest, I think the people who gave this hotel such high ratings have probably never experienced real Turkish hotel service, or maybe this hotel is more suited to guests aged 60+... I honestly don't even know where to start. There wasn't even a kettle or a coffee machine in the room, which was a big surprise for us. We also had to pay for the pool towels. Children weren't allowed to play with a ball in the pool, and inflatables were not allowed either. If your kids did either, staff would come over and tell them to stop. There were also no water slides or anything to keep children entertained.
We booked breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was very average. The choice wasn't great, and the quality felt quite cheap. All of us had stomach problems after almost every meal... at breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and water were all free. But at lunch and dinner you had to pay for exactly the same drinks. There was even a sticker on the machines saying they were only available at breakfast (I've added a photo). I'm not even talking about alcohol, we expected to pay for that. But charging for drinking water at lunch and dinner was unbelievable!! Over one week we spent so much money just buying water. We've never experienced this in any other hotel in Turkey... the entertainment team was also disappointing. They didn't seem enthusiastic or energetic, and the atmosphere was very boring throughout our stay... the room was another let down. We are a family of two adults and two children. The children had to share one small sofa bed, while the adults slept on two single beds pushed together. I really didn't expect that from a hotel like this...
I know this is a long review, but I genuinely want to warn anyone who is thinking about booking this hotel. Don't waste your hard earned money here. There are so many better hotels in Turkey where you'll get much better service and much better value for your money!
