Pros:

colazione varia ed abbondante per tutti i gusti. Il centro era a circa 5 km raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata o comodamente con i mezzi che si prendono davanti all'hotel. Anche il parcheggio comodo si entra direttamente in hotell senza dover uscire

Geht für Sportgruppen als Massenunterkunft , privat und geschäftlich war es für uns ein "no go".
Pros:

Parken war gut ++Service in Lounge sehr gut.

Cons:

Nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage , Zimmer zu warm und nicht (Minispalt) lüftbar+++ Flure viel zu warm , energetischer Irrsinn das Haus. +++
Winner Lounge ist einziges Barbetriebsangebot , dort Speisenangebot zu dünn und alles zu teuer (Bier 7 Euro , Essen ab 21 Eu bis 40 Eu , Qualität entspricht nicht dem Preis , Angebot zu schmal, Schließung 23:00 Uhr !!+++
Frühstück war Durchschnitt und immer dasselbe, Angebot Fisch und Käse gering und auf 9 Tage immer gleich.
Wir waren 2018 dort zu Gast und hatten völlig andere Wahrnehmungen. Anlaß war auch dort der Besuch von Spielen der UEFA Futsal Europameisterschaft .+++ Hotel ist großes Sporthotel für Teams , die während eines Turniers dort übernacvhten und sich voll verpflegen.
Wir werden dort trotz für uns wichtiger Arena-Nähe (4 km zur Innenstadt) nicht mehr hinreisen.

Colazione ottima, varia e di qualità.
Palestra eccellente, aperta 24 ore su 24, vero plus della struttura: ampia, ben organizzata, con attrezzatura isotonica e di pesistica, area cross-training e vasto assortimento di macchine cardio.

Cons:

La struttura è stata scelta principalmente per la presenza della SPA interna. Purtroppo, durante il soggiorno alcuni servizi non erano disponibili: due docce su tre non funzionavano, la piscina era in manutenzione, così come bagno turco e sauna a infrarossi.

Da segnalare però la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, che ha cercato di venire incontro alle problematiche riscontrate.
Massaggio eccellente, eseguito in modo impeccabile da personale altamente competente e professionale.
