Kind staff and good breakfast buffet
Pros:

The staff was kind and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet opened already at 6:30 AM (which I appreciated as I had to leave the hotel shortly after 7 AM for work) and offered a variety of dishes, cerials, nuts and drinks.

Cons:

The room only had two power outlets available for guests, one at the desk, which was already occupied by hotel's tablet, and one at the bed. If I hadn't brought a power distributor and cord I would have had difficulties powering my work laptop and charging other electrical units (e.g., electrical toothbrush, mobile charger etc.).

Velicina sobe , wc velik sa kadom, mirisno sve cistoc…tv , netflix , youtube

Dorucak se ne isplati mi smo vidjeli recenzije da je bogat pa smo platili dodatno po osobi po 24€ nije mi za taj novac kuhana jaja su bila stara - uglavnom za taj novac ima bolje da se jede u Ljubljani

I spa je za 18+ mi na to nismo obratili paznju tako da su djeca bila razocarana jer smo im rekli da ima bazen

I receno nam je da nismo platili sobu jer kolega nije uveo u sistem mi smo rekli da vrate kamere jer nije proslo ni 30 min kako smo uplatili - uglavnom rijesili smo brzo ali trebalo je par minuta da kolega kontaktira drugog itd.

Very disappointing experience

This was a very poor and misleading experience. We booked and paid for a room where breakfast was listed as included on Booking, along with the breakfast time. During check-in and payment at reception, we were explicitly told where and when breakfast would be served.

However, the next morning, when we arrived for breakfast, we were told that breakfast was NOT included in the price. After that, reception informed us that it had to be reserved and paid separately, which was never mentioned anywhere — neither on Booking nor during check-in.

Another major issue was the free Wi-Fi advertised throughout the hotel. During our entire stay, there was no internet connection at all, except in the small restaurant inside the hotel. Of course, to use their Wi-Fi there, you have to sit down and pay for food or drinks.

Parking is also very misleading. Booking shows parking as an available facility, which feels like a way to attract guests, but hotel parking costs €30 per day. Meanwhile, a public city garage only 400 meters away costs €18 per day.

The sauna and wellness facilities are also all extra, with additional charges.

We were also given incorrect information about the location. Reception told us it was a 40-minute walk to the city center, while in reality it takes about one hour on foot. There is public transport in front of the hotel, but the bus does not accept cash, which was not mentioned either.

We have stayed in dozens of hotels across Europe, and we have never experienced anything like this before.

Overall, this was a very bad experience, full of misleading information, hidden costs, and poor communication. We would not recommend this hotel.

Personale gentile e disponibile!
Struttura fuori dal centro ma cmq ben collegata con il centro con autobus di linea.

Cons:

Parcheggio a pagamento. Si consiglia di prenotarlo per tempo perché ci sono pochi posti disponibili.
