We were comfortable here and did not regret our stay.
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious room, quiet even though on busy street. Also easy to take the bus to city center. Good breakfast, although expensive.

Cons:

It was tricky to check into due to a gated entrance and unclear instructions about how to park in order to check in. It nice we got by that hurdle all else was fine.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hell.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war eher älter und gebraucht. Nicht so ganz sauber, wie man es von einem „Hilten-Group-Hotel“ erwarten würde.

Pros:

I arrived at the hotel by car around 11:30 PM. To enter the parking area, I rang the bell at the entrance. The receptionist answered with “yes.” When I asked for the gate to be opened, I was asked “why?”. A more welcoming approach, such as “Welcome, do you have a reservation?”, would have made a better first impression.

The check-in process felt somewhat unusual and a bit distant. A similar atmosphere was noticeable during check-out.

On a positive note, the service staff were friendly and attentive.

Overall, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it was clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
