reached there eaely, requested if possible anearly check in, the lady at the front desk lacked communication, Andrey saved the day for her. Room was good but there was a spider in the coffee maker
What a fabulous stay! Friendly service, stocked amenities and thoughtfully appointed rooms. Comfortable bedding, well-stocked kitchen and wonderfully quiet. I’ll be back!
Rooms were recently remodeled and were clean, spacious and pretty. Kitchenette was stocked with anything you would need to have a good stay. Lots of towels and pool towels provided. Beds were comfortable and location was really nice.
It doesn't have air, so room did get a little stuffy, but they do provide fans and you could crack a window. They were still remodeling, so construction crews around and some things not open like the outdoor hot tub, but we were still able to have an enjoyable stay.
We love coming to this Property. Staff is always friendly. And The rooms are always so clean. And having a full kitchen is Awsome. One of our favorite Hotels!
We had a great time, the shuttle service was convenient. The Events coordinator Christian took us on amazing hikes, he was execellent. Vail village and surrounding areas was extremely picturesque.
We really enjoyed our stay while skiing Vail. Our room was beautiful and clean. The shuttle was very easy and convenient to Lionshead village. We’d stay here again to ski Vail.

Lugar incrível! Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é excelente com uma equipe super atenciosa. Nosso quarto era maravilhoso, com muito espaço, sala, quarto e cozinha completa com muitas amenidades e 2 banheiros. Uma vista maravilhosa da montanha da sala e do quarto e com uma varanda, e ficou ainda mais lindo quando nevou. Super recomendo este lugar
