Very comfortable bed. Usually have issues with pillows, but they were great as well.

Hotel was very clean and affordable. The hotel manager Harry was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed.

I had a wonderful experience here. Staff was very helpful. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll definitely be staying here. It’s tucked away from the highway, very quiet.

We stay at budget-end motels as we travel, which sometimes are more underwhelming than we prefer. We understand this. Such was not the case at Super 8 DeWitt. The facility was nicely clean and quiet and secure. The management was very responsive to our requests and extremely helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a number of items beyond the traditional Super 8 waffles, including biscuits and gravy, as well as sausage links and much more.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was courteous. Only thing I don’t like is it didn’t have a elevator.

Found a dirty sock that wasn't mine in the bed. Were sheets changed? Blankets on bed were tattered. Heater did not work in room, a space heater was plugged in. Key card lock on door didn't work (you could just open the door without a key) so the latch over the door was always on. The area wasn't really sketchy but happy they allowed my dog, as it made me feel safer. Front desk staff were nice. The mattress outback should get pitched. The front lobby and things in general were dated but clean (outside of the sock, mattress and tattered blankets).

This property is very outdated. The door to my room did not lock from outside. No key card was needed to enter. The management was never at the front desk. When I discovered the door did not lock, I notified the management by phone and the lady said her husband was sleeping and he would fix it when he woke up. I had to leave so I packed up all my stuff and took it with me. This was very inconvenient. I was not offered another room. The sheets and blankets have holes and torn. The pillows were very flat. There was a ring of dust around the walls in the entire room. The toilet seat was wood it was worn and splintered and very stained up. I would not recommend this facility.

Super 8 is a good value -- very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are no frills and it could use some updating, but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The staff were all very nice.

The morning after we checked in as we were leaving for the day we discovered that the door to our room did not lock. We had to leave and management wanted us to wait for maintenance to fix it later in the day and leave our stuff unprotected in the room. The exterior doors to the building do not lock and anyone can walk into the building. After some discussion on how unsafe our stuff would be if left unattended, manager finally agreed to move us to a different room. Several light bulbs were burned out in both rooms. The rooms were clean but very outdated.
