All in all very pleased with hotel and staff I would stay here again

Pros:

There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast the next day and I was informed that they having a hard time filling the staff to run that area of the hotel. So I had a card that wasn’t worth anything I had to go out and get myself something to eat .

Pros:

Horrible I was charged by this property on two different cards I’ve been trying to reach out to everyone booking everyone I have yet to receive my refund. I’m very upset about this property and I will be taking this property to court. The property manager is very unprofessional. I’ve been contacting her on different occasions. The last contact with her she has said that she was going to reach back out to me. I have yet to receive anything from her very disappointing.

Frustrating! Disappointed!

The place was nice and clean.

Cons:

I was expecting breakfast to be included as most motels I am accustomed to. But, it wasn't! I paid a higher rate than usual, justifying the added cost because I thought it included breakfast.

location. People were ok friendly

Cons:

strong mildew smell in room especially in the bathroom area, couldn't hand my clothes to avoid them smelling like mildew, pool wasn't clean, desk, desk, nightstands very dusty, hallway felt like heat was on. showed signs of being very old, cigarette butts on balcony, lint on the outside of the building near the front door so Im assuming the laundry room could have been on the inside if that wall. floor gritty, the placement of the bed and TV made it uncomfortable for our necks. sofa needed to be vacuumed or cleaned. too dusty sit on. I was truly disappointed for the brand and the price. stayed 4 nights
