Long waiting in the restaurant
Great location, interesting history and best food
The only thing that makes me happy is the way you made the room and the bathtub and I like the way you did the dishes

Flexibility of staff to cater for early starts on our trips, location was really easy for navigating around the city also and only a short walk from the train station
The menu was bland. The Rogan Josh was cooked in a tasteless generic red masala, rather than “cooked in oil with an intense sear” which is literally what Rogan Josh means!
Room service, on the one occasion we ordered it, was drinks only and took 45 minutes to come. No discount at all…
When ordering chicken with a side of jeera rice, the chicken was brought out first and followed by the rice 20 minutes later. By this point the chicken was stone cold.
Love the decor, well maintained facilities. The staff and management were so very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained & beautifully decorated. Loved our stay!
Trying hard to find some constructive feedback: the bottom of shower glass and and floor tile in shower near the glass, need some attention.
Buffet items could be expanded more. (Other hotels have more choice)
