Breakfast was not that great, Dinner was awsome
Architecture and restaurant. The half board deal.
You can really hear the traffic noise from the pool.
Old colonial style - a piece of history!
Nothing
A heritage property.
Le coté historique de l’établissement
We stayed for 2 nights at The Royal Orchid Hotel.
The location was perfect for us near the train station (we travelled by train from Bangalore), and within walking distance from the old market and Mysore Palace.
The hotel dinner was excellent with many food options to choose from. We had a heritage suite, which was also excellent and refreshed with towels and toiletries several times each day.
All staff were friendly, caring and attentive to our needs. A special thank you to the staff, including: Ravi, Shiva and Narayan to name a few, but really to everyone at the hotel who made our trip so memorable.
We rated the hotel an overall eight out of ten because the breakfast was a little disappointing and the complementary high tea turned out to be a free single cup of tea or coffee.
Bel hôtel style britannique, le personnel est très serviable.
Pas très loin du Palace
Bonne restauration..
De tuin en het zwembad.
Dat ik weer weg moest.
Terrible breakfast compared to other medium-higher end hotels in India.
Location and room and colonial feel
Linen and towels awful!!! Need to renew ASAP
Emplacement central, accueil parfait (efficacité réceptionnistes pour nous aider à récupérer nos bagages arrivés sur un vol suivant à Bengalore), ambiance petit-déjeuner avec saxo, confort et calme au milieu de l'agitation de la ville
It’s a stunning place. Building, interiors - historical gem. Staff members are extraordinary kind, service quality superior. Worth visiting
Lovely historical house in the centre of Mysore, 5 minutes from the main sights. Excellent restaurant
Our "garden room" had car park views
Great Location, super restaurant, carefully curated.
Waiting staff can be slow and unhelpful
The location was perfect. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms was upgraded with all luxurious modern facilities. Dinner was scrumptious and breakfast was really good with a big buffet spread and live counters. The staff were very warm and friendly. Overall experience was great.
We loved the hotel. We were in the Royal Maharaja Suite which had a wonderful Jacuzzi. The restaurant was excellent, tasty food and a great choice for breakfast. We also had the high tea served in the rear courtyard which was wonderful. The balcony overlooked the garden and swimming pool which was pleasant.
Nothing.
