Everything
The facility was located centrally. But during the day the traffic outside the facility was extremely noisy with horns honking loudly. So if you are planning a staycation and quiet during the day or are working remotely- this is not conducive esp. if your room faces the road. The door to our room was not as secure as we would have liked it. I understand this is an old guest house renovated to be a hotel, but the door not being secure was uncomfortable for us to leave. This is important as the hotel notes said to not bring any valuables to the hotel!
The front desk staff was friendly but the bell boys & other staff were always hanging around expecting tips for small tasks even opening the car door. The restaurant attached to the hotel was seriously unimpressive. The wait for food was extremely long & the food selection was mediocre at best. The waiters were inattentive.
Magnifique !
the hotel is very convenient and near to many famous places. The heritage feel was very good. Breakfast was okay. not a wide spread but it was enough.
Bathroom should be maintained a bit more. it feels very old. The commode lids were not in good condition. Also there is no exhaust fan and the exhaust window is facing the corridor. first time i have seen this in a hotel. it felt very awkward to use the restroom. for dinner, one staff was good. others were all like running us away kind though it was only 9:30-10 pm. the main course was brought out immediately after starters and before we finished our drinks. Breakfast time also, though there were so many staff, to get someone to pay attention was very difficult.
There was a bit of delay during check-in , but the staff more than made it up with their hospitality, kudos, very professional and a beautiful & rustic property to stay, thank you for the great memories !!
The hotel seems run down and not maintained as per standards.
The room size is good but the beds are broken and the mattress was work out with a large bend. The bathroom has broken tiles and stains.
Breakfast was also very average. Overall not satisfactory for the money they charged.
Rooms need new beds, Bathroom need to have new fixtures and tiles. Poor quality . Seems like a 2 star local hotel
Location
frühstück hat geheissen Westliches Frühstück gar nicht war selten so enttäuscht von einem frühstück. hat nicht mal eier gegeben
Lovely old property with friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a Maharaja room which was huge with a balcony overlooking the lawn. Bathroom was excellent and had a separate shower and spa bath.
The evening restaurant in the courtyard was very good with tasty food well cooked.
The pool looked a little tired and the breakfast buffet was ok but no great variety. Afternoon tea was just a cup of tea with a tea bag and a biscuit. Not particularly worth going to the hotel for.
Courtyard setting with large mango trees.
Ground floor room was dark and staff were friendly but slightly disorganised e.g. around things like cleaning of the room and extended check out time.
De kamer het restaurant gedeelte en de spa.
The property was quaint and beautiful - a throw back in time. Staff were very attentive without being pushy.
That i booked on here and paid almost twice the fee had i gone direct.
Ok ok
Not any good
