We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Cons:

Outside Property was clean, a few wasp nest above entry door made entering and exiting tough, and elevator was in need of repairs. Very jumpy ride, cracked flooring and wall panels.

Pros:

The interior of the hotel was decent

Cons:

I was not notified that when I went to check in that there would be no parking available because they were reached coating the parking lot with black tar. I had to find a spot in the back and then walk around to the front of the hotel because I could not get in the back door because I was not checked in yet. It was a complete cluster fuck I’ll never stay there again.

Definitely would stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The lady who works there was very helpful and kept everything neat and tidy. The room was very nice. If you were on business, you could definitely stay there for a long time with no difficulties.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault, but it was impossible to get an Uber of Lyft to turn in and come to the hotel even though there was an Uber stand out front. Had to walk maybe 1/4 mile to meet them.

Pros:

RIPPED OFF !!!!! DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. ESPECIALLY DO NOT USE PRE-PAY BOOKING.COM...MAJOR HASSLE HETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!! NEVER AGAIN TO YOU BOTH !!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

The room was big, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the free wifi and how quiet it was.

Cons:

Giant crack across the ceiling in one of the bedrooms made me very uneasy. It looked a bit scary, like it might shift/fall. Needs to be repaired. Breakfast buffet should have more fresh fruit options and definitely some grits to go with the eggs and sausage. A TV guide would be very useful, so children don't have to be exposed to a bunch of inappropriate channels just to find cartoons.
