The area was great and the beaches but I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The location is ok with easy access to downtown, restaurants, etc. However, the 'ocean view' from our unit was really not existent. It faced the ocean but you could barely see it. So this was disappointing since it was billed as an ocean view. A glimpse of water with a building blocking the view is not what I consider ocean view.

Cons:

The guy who greeted us was quite rude. We arrived at around 3:30 and were told we couldn't get in until 4:00 which is the promised check in time. Thats fine, I already knew this but he was very rude and dismissive. I asked if we could do the paperwork while we waited and at first he said no we could not have the key until check in. I didn't want the key just figured we could use the time to get signed in. As I started to leave, because he clearly said we couldn't do that he seemed to get annoyed. This was not the first impression I think you want to project. The rest of the staff was very nice though. The noise was unbearable from the people upstairs. Kids jumping on the floor at 7 in the morning and until 10 at night or later. I was told quiet hours are 10pm to 7 am. I complained and the women at the desk was very kind but if with these hours I didn't feel the people would listen anyway. NEVER stay downstairs at this place.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Cape Cod. Very close to the beach, nice facilities and most importantly, very clean.

The negatives were so minor that they aren’t worth mentioning. Great location and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Loved that the kitchenette came fully stocked, the DVD player/ the cabinet of movies-books-board games, and the pool area! Staff were so kind and helpful, no notes!!! Everything was fantastic about our stay and we will be returning!!!!

Pros:

We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!

Pros:

This place is adorable. Very comfortable, clean, cozy and located right across from the beach. Unfortunately they were doing construction in beach parking lot but still enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely rent there again.

Pros:

I grew up on the Cape and stayed here to attend a reunion. I loved it was centrally located and all the feels of the Cape culture. The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were perfect for my vacation and added to the ease and comfort of visiting home again.

Pros:

Rooms are not sound proofed. Can easily hear adjoining room noise and conversations. Make sure to request water view otherwise you will be facing the parking lot.
