Hotel com potencial imenso, administrado por pessoas sem visão de processo e hospitalidade.
Pros:

1. Localiação : muito próximo as cataratas
2. Alimentação : café muito bom e restaurante italiano idem.
3. Funcionários : em geral, muito simpáticos.

Cons:

1. Acomodações : velhas, precisam de reforma.
2. Clubinho para crianças: Você deixa a criança de 6 anos , que não pode sair sozinha. Entretanto, no local NÃO HÁ ÁGUA. O funcionário do clubinho falou que precisa sair e COMPRAR ÁGUA. Crianças pequenas : não vão fazer isso, mesmo porque não podem sair.
3. Recreação : exemplo, Escalada : é avisado no dia anterior o horário da escalada. Isto é, difícil de se programar e se não se programar não consegue realizar a atividade, que só ocorre em horário específico.
4. Monitores : as crianças ficam soltas sozinhas no clubinho. Não há monitor que fica próximo observando as crianças.
5. Bar / cafeteria interna : atendimento muito sofrível. Difícil de chegar bebidas, cobram em duplicidade. Paguei o jantar via cartao de crédito na hora. No checkout a despesa que já havia sido paga, foi cobrada novamente. Estou esperando estorno ainda.

Foi maravilhosa. Não ocorreu nada que pudesse comprometer a estadia.

Excelente hotel para famílias com crianças
Pros:

Excelente hotel para famílias com crianças. Nos momentos de descanso dos passeios cansativos de Foz, o hotel oferece 2 parquinhos da Turma da Mônica, um mini zoológico, um carrossel e várias outras atividades. A comida também é muito boa.

Cons:

Algumas estão precisando de manutenção, com algumas bordas internas (dentro da piscina, quando há um desnível) quebradas e podendo causar arranhões.

A localização é excelente, quartos limpos, equipe muito profissional, educados e atenciosos, restaurante excelente !!

Um detalhe , o interfone tocou durante as duas noites que ficamos no hotel, (???), o que nos acordou, toca e para , toca e para , ficamos sem entender , mas do restante a estadia foi excelente !

Pros:

El hotel excelente por donde lo mires. Llovio varios dias y no se sintio por las actividades que ofrecían para todas las edades. El desayuno y la cena impecables y todo el personal super amable. Volveria sin dudarlo!

Todo impecable. La calidad de la conexión a internet por momentos no era ideal.
Si me pongo exigente, la pileta cubierta podria ser mas grande considerando que llovio varios dias y no pudimos aprovechar las piletas que habia al aire libre.

Great facilities, friendly staff, great breakfast, and great location (very close to the airport)
