+ bra läge med trevligt område med matstånd i närheten. Bra gångavstånd till strand mm. 7eleven nära.
+ tyst område
+ mysigt hotell med snirkliga trappor till rummens våningar och med lummiga buskar i hotellets trädgård
+ bra resebokning vid entrén med en gullig kvinna som var duktig på engelska och hjälpsam med transport till flygplats mm.
+ rymligt rum och stor balkong

- mycket slitet hotell där man tyvärr inte gjort underhållsarbete utan låtit fasad, staket mm gå sönder och lossna vilket gav ett lite tråkigt intryck
- inte rent på golvet när vi checkade in, fullt med sand
- mycket bristfällig frukost.
- konstigt byggt badrum med badkar att duscha i som gjorde att vatten stänkte utanför och rann över hela golvet just vid dörren så det var en konstant pöl hur försiktig man än var. Även ett handfat byggt för ett barn i höjd med en kran som inte gick att smyga med trycket på vilket gjorde att man stänkte ner sig själv hela tiden
- vi fick inte påfyllt med toalettpapper förutom dag 1, istället fick vi ”napkins” trots att vi såg på städarnas vagn utanför att det fanns gott om toalettpapper att fylla på med, udda.
- receptionist dålig på engelska och skulle hjälpa oss med att avboka en sista natt pga ändrad flygtid, slutade med att han fick ringa en kollega och lämna telefonen till oss för han inte kunde kommunicera. Kollegan skulle återkomma dagen efter men det var ingen som återkom och dagen efter såg receptionisten ut som ett frågetecken.

Frühstück könnte wirklich etwas umfangreicher sein, zb ein Stück Kuchen oder Croissant.

Bra läge, gott om restauranger runt om, lugnt på hotellet, dock va frukosten riktigt trist tyvärr. Slutade med att vi åt frukost ute på stan några dagar. Det va också en aning hårda sängar men det verkar ju va standard överlag i Thailand..

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Ao Nang beach, about a 10 minute walk. However, take care when walking because the road and pavement to the beach are uneven and some parts in need of repair. The big disappointment was the quality of the hotel room and pool towels, which desperately need replacing! I stayed at this hotel last year and thought the same, and assumed that one year later the towels would have been replaced! Additionally our shower curtail was very dirty and again, desperately needs to be replaced!

hôtel comfortable, bien situé, personnel sympatique sauf celui au petit dejeuner pas souriant et pas très serviable.
Le seul défaut à constater est le manque de matelas sur les transats au bord de la piscine : trés incomfortable et dur pour les problèmes de dos.
La personne qui s'occupe des excursions à l'hôtel est trés symphatique et de bons conseils.

Hôtel bruyant, les chambres sont insalubres taches de moisissures dans la douche, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche. Petit déjeuner pain Harris sous vide, café soluble bref dégoûtant . On a réservé un taxi 650 bath et sur le recu à donner au chauffeur 450€ !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel. Très déçu.

I loved every moment of my stay here. From the welcome at reception, to the final farewell, the staff were so interested in helping with anything, including taxis, tours, restaurant and local festival information. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and the area is quiet at night. The room was spacious and lovely, the pool is perfect and the breakfast is plentiful. Thank you so much to everyone at Ao Nang Bay Resort for making my holiday fantastic!

Great hotel ill be coming back

It is what it is man! It’s great value for the price you’re paying, and staff is excellent. Just don’t expect the upscale Phuket or Bali standards and you’ll be fine.
Area is great, far enough away from the main roads to be able to sleep at night while still close enough to the beach and nightlife. The pool bar has solid vibes. Guests are an interesting mix of young and old.

Dated room. Nice swimming pool but no cushions on loungers. Not a good breakfast. Set off a side road at the end of Ao nang.

Good place to stay.
