Pros:

Room spotless and quiet. Check out was 1pm instead of 11am. Which was a huge bonus. Would stay again without a doubt.

Unexpected Billing Issue at Check-In
Pros:

I was inadvertently charged twice for the same room, which I had originally booked through the website. When I inquired about a possible issue, I was assured there was none. Despite this, I was asked to provide my card again and was subsequently charged a second time. I stay here frequently, so this experience was especially disappointing.

The check in was late, waited for them to call me when room was ready, had to approach them a second time an hour later to find room ready. The light over the bedside table was out, the hot water for bath/shower was not consistent, the tv/internet was intermittent.

Always loved coming here and the room was very nice with a view , really nice fridge and the machines are pretty decent . I wish they were a little looser though . The Bistro was fantastic as usual as well as POM restaurant . The employees seem to be kinda rude though and need to work on their kindness ... you can tell they are not enjoying their job . The pool looks way better than it used to and we had such a great time in the sun and the heated pool. The spa looked a little murky so hopefully they got that taken care of . We will definitely be back for longer next time
