This is one of the nicest Hamptons I’ve stayed at in a while.

I loved the area, the pool was nice. Hotel was clean

Cons:

The cigarette smoke smells in the halls and elevator. It was waaay too noisy! It was difficult to sleep due to kids yelling and running. Walls are very thin. All we heard was thumping over our heads all night.

Location, room size and hot breakfast

Cons:

AC unit location (vent was not inline with bed) requiring lowering thermostat more than usual and one side of the room (non sleeping side) was cool and the bed side was muggy at times regardless of how much we lowered the thermostat
