Great room and location, fantastic staff!
Pros:

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. There was also a separate small washroom. Outside, there was a full length balcony running the length of the lounge and bedroom. The hotel itself is in a fantastic area that felt very safe well into the evening and had many great restaurants, bars and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. I would 100% come back to this place if I was in Sao Paulo again, it is 10/10. The only slight criticism is the breakfast is just okay - not bad, but not great - but the one time we ate dinner we had fantastic service and delicious food.

The second reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the outstanding staff. I was travelling with my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary, and I very stupidly left my gold wedding ring in the room and didn't realise until I had passed through airport security. At many hotels I think you may not get such a valuable item back, so I was immensely relieved and grateful when I called them to be told they had it. They very kindly arranged for the ring to be returned to me in the UK (at my expense, of course) and they patiently dealt with the courier DHL (who were incompetent throughout) over several days. Thanks to the staff, I have my ring back - thank you!!!

Excelente opção nos Jardins!
Pros:

O hotel tem quarto espaçoso, ótima localização e o atendimento da equipe é muito bom.

Cons:

O café da manha deixa a desejar para um hotel desse nível. Pouca variedade dos itens no buffet quanto para pedir a cozinha. Precisa ser repaginado com urgência.

O George V Casa Branca é um dos meus preferidos em SP . A equipe é fantástica , o Jean me ajudou muito com o checkout , os mensageiros são muito prestativos , as senhoras da limpeza são sensacionais , limpeza e conforto do quarto pode ter iguais , mas melhor que o George V , não vi . Localização - se “ tropeçar “, vc cai na Oscar freire . É top . Tem um restaurante muito bom no Hotel, comida portuguesa . Os quartos giram em torno de 60 metros ; o ambiente é muito familiar

Tudo é excelente, porém , o que poderia talvez aumentar um pouco as opções , é o café da manhã , mas de qualquer forma , atende muito bem e tem o necessário para um bom café
