Обстановка супер, но персонал плохой

Отель расположен в хорошем районе. На этаже немного номеров, не знаю были ли у нас соседи, но было тихо. Номер большой и комфортный. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Свежие фрукты и вкусный сыр

Cons:

Персонал не говорит по-английски и не хочет помогать. Я обратилась на счет помощи с местной сим-картой, мужчины на ресепшн даже не хотели вникать в проблему, сразу сказали что не знают. Совсем не клиентоориентированно. У нас был ранний выезд и так как завтрак оплачен, попросила ланч бокс. На ресепшен сказали не знают есть ли у них ланч-боксы и сходите в ресторан узнайте. Серьезно? Впервые встречаю такое отношение. В ресторане сказали что узнают и позвонят скажут есть или нет. Никто не позвонил и в итоге наш оплаченный завтрак пропал.
Когда мы заселились мы оплачивали наличкой и с нас взяли больше, сказав что будет на депозите. При выезде с нас хотели взять гораздо больше приписав завтрак в номер, который мы не заказывали. Попросила вернуть депозит. Они сказали что вернут на карту, я уточнила, что оплачивала наличными и данных моей карты нет. Сказали что свяжутся через ватсап на счет этого. До сих пор жду.

Perfect location, nice comfortable suites with everything you would need for a long stay. We were there only for two nights so did not have a chance to use it all
