Las chicas de recepción muy amables, ubicación, desayuno aceptable, cómodo, capacidad genial para familias grandes, dejan llevar mascotas. En general me ha gustado mucho

L’emplacement etait très bien pour ce rendre dans le centre de Madrid la chambre etait propre

Cons:

Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel
Et à peine avalé ont nous dit qu’il faut partir car il y’a du monde et qu’ils ont un autre service ( genre 20 minutes après 😡) je l’ai payé mon p’tit déjeuner je pense pouvoir prendre le temps quand même
À savoir ça ont ne l’aurait pas pris à l’hôtel !!

Un Fraude
Pros:

Lo único decente de la habitación del hotel es la cama, que según las descripciones, son camas mejoradas y más cómodas, pero tampoco son nada del otro mundo...

Cons:

El hotel se describe con un servicio de hotel y comida 24 horas y es completamente falso. Fui a pedir un bocadillo a las 2 de la mañana y me dijeron que no había servicio de comida ni bebida. El teléfono de la habitación tampoco funciona.

Pros:

Del alojamiento me gusto mucho que este tan cerca del acceso desde la autovía, a parte el parking, que aunque hubiera mucha gente, pero podias meter el coche dentro del recinto y te hacia estar mas tranquilo

Del alojamiento no me gusto que la ducha, echaba un hilo de agua, salia muy poca presion y cantidad, soy una persona con el pelo largo y tarde un monton en ducharme, lavarme el pelo y aclararmelo…
