NIE WIEDER - unwertschätzendes Unternehmen!

Eine Mitarbeiterin im A&O Hostel Berlin Mitte war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

Cons:

Das ich NUR BEI EINER MITARBEITERIN bereits die 5. Bucherin war, welche overbooked war und dies habe ich um 00:00 Uhr beim Einchecken erfahren hatte (spätes Checkin war abgesprochen) und dann selbstständig mit meinem Rad in das andere A&O am Hauptbahnhof übersiedeln musste. Die Mitarbeiterin war so freundlich und bemüht, man hat aber gemerkt, dass sie verzweifelt nach Lösungen gesucht hatte und kein gutes Backup des Unternehmens hatte. Man fühlt sich als Kunde so verarscht, dass sie eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin und einen Kunden, welcher bereits GEZAHLT hatte, so unwertschätzend behandeln. Schlimm.

Im Hostel waren fast ausschließlich Schulklasse und diese waren so laut. Ich bin wirklich nicht kritisch, aber um 22 Uhr schreiend und spielend am Gang herumzurennen, ist einfach ungebührlich und asozial.

Die Türen fallen alle selbstständig und mit einem Ruck zu und die Wände sind hellhörig, sprich es knallt regelmäßig heftig.

Es ist schlecht belüftet, sowohl im Gangbereich, als auch im Zimmer. Die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen, was ich Sommer echt unangenehm ist.

Die Handtücher haben Flecken von Makeup und Wimperntusche, welche offenbar nicht mehr rausgehen.

Mixed Feelings
Pros:

- exceptional service attitude and taking responsibility
- received compensation in terms of breakfast voucher and free drinks for my troubles
- inexpensive

Cons:

- had to change rooms several times (once at check-in, once around midnight when they accidentally booked me into a private room, once planned in the middle of the reservation) due to various issues with room assignments (note: I'm sure this is just me getting unlucky and is a one-off and not a regular occurrence)
- no A/C or fan provided in the room while it's nearly 40°C outside (understandable given the price and its sustainability goals but Europe is getting very hot so plan your trips accordingly)

Месторасположение, номер,а.
Есть кухня , где можно приготовить еду..
Вежливый персонал.
Лёгкий процесс поселения/выселения

Cons:

Очень шумно ночью, если окна номера выходят во внутренний двор, т.к. молодёжь веселится до 2-3часов ночи.
На кухне для гостей вечером очень грязно, т.к. гости не следят за порядком.

Très décevant ! PUCES DE LIT ! ⚠️
Pros:

Le personnel restait très agréable malgré les difficultés rencontrées lors du séjour, certains même sont ici pour faire naître des rencontres entre personnes !

Cons:

L'hygiène est à déplorer (alcool dans les chambres et bouteilles par dizaines, linge de lit et matelas infesté de puces (j'ai d'ailleurs été piqué plus d'une vingtaine de fois et porte encore les marques 24h après...)...)

Cons:

На спали до ранку, бо в холі усі дивилися футбол і було дуже шумно.
