Camera sporca, sono arrivata ho trovato il wc sporco e con dei peli, sicuramente non era stato pulito dopo il pernottamento dall’ultimo cliente.
Le lenzuola erano macchiate.
La doccia piena di calcare, non curata.
Non pulito neanche sotto il lavello e sotto il letto, con polvere e peli.
In generale pulizia da rivedere assolutamente.

Overdag en ‘s avonds tot 10 uur was er steeds muziek aan. Soms behoorlijk hard en dat hoorde je goed op je balkon. Vonden wij absoluut niet fijn. We hebben er ook wat van gezegd en toen werd het wel minder, maar wij vonden dit helemaal niet prettig.
Verder zijn de bedden aan de harde kant. We hadden misschien een topper moeten vragen. Geen idee of ze die hadden.

The bad
Many things require payment. There is a pool table in the lobby that costs €2 per game, and the foosball table also requires payment. There is table tennis outside but no ball or paddles provided. Even pool towels require a €10 deposit.
There is nothing available to watch on the TV unless you use your own streaming account. I had to use my own Netflix subscription.
Coffee is not available until 7:30am, so early risers have to use a vending machine, which makes very poor coffee. There is also no kettle in the room, so you cannot make tea or coffee yourself.
The gym does not open until 7am, which is inconvenient for early risers. As it uses a keycode system, it could easily be open 24 hours.
Inflatables are not allowed in the pool, which seems unnecessary and removes a simple way to relax.
Some staff were also unfriendly. I asked the night receptionist about hiring the scooter displayed in the lobby (with a large “hire me” sign). She bluntly told me to come back in the morning. I explained I only wanted some information, but she remained abrupt and clearly annoyed.
The ugly
The rooms are not soundproof at all. You hear every footstep from the room above. The beds are extremely light and slide across the floor, making loud scraping noises that can be heard in other rooms. My first night I was woken up repeatedly until around 2am and only slept about three hours.
When I asked to change rooms, the staff were unsympathetic and said I would have to pay a €25 cleaning fee. One staff member even suggested I knock on the door of the room above if I was woken again. Eventually a more helpful staff member moved us to an upstairs room, which was much quieter.
The rooms themselves are extremely basic. There is very little furniture, not enough hangers, no desk with a mirror, and no sofa. The beds are uncomfortable and move around easily. The duvets are small and you only get one pillow per bed.
