Un hotel senza nessuno charme, adatto ai più giovani, in buona posizione rispetto al centro del paese e alla Playa de la Arena. Colazione nella norma. Sembra un hotel facente parte di una catena, tipo Ibis. Tutto piatto, standard, anche se pulito. Bella la piscina. Personale cordiale.
La musica ad alto volume in piscina alle tre del pomeriggio di venerdì, tremenda, da rompere i timpani. Gli spazi comuni, ristretti e a bordo piscina.

The staff are very friendly, we particularly love the room - it’s spacious and has a fridge, the hotel pool is clean, it has a section for small children. Hotel facility is adequate - it has its own gym and garden.
I think the hotel can do better with more breakfast/lunch/dinner choices. It’s good that the hotel includes breakfast but menu choices are limited. Lack of transport - only local buses but busy as many stops and distance to popular destinations e.g. Siam Park/Mall is far and takes over an hour to get to.
Very nice hotel, big swimming pool and lots of the sunbeds, good breakfast (bit industrial but still nice), got lucky as we had an upgraded room with balcony with view on the sea it was great, rooms are cleaned and comfy with fridge, they have a fountain for water which is very nice as tap water is not drinkable. All the facilities looked super new.

У номері було бите скло біля кроваті. В номері є тільки два стакани та фен для волосся. З посуди нічого. Душова грязна.
Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre. Blisko pięknej chyba najlepszej plaży w okolicy Los Gigantes. Blisko restauracje, bary, sklepy. Przystanek autobusowy blisko hotelu.
Czystość w łazience. Włosy poprzednich wynajmujacych pokój, grzyb na ścianie.
Najgorsze były ręczniki, śmierdzące stęchlizną. Miałem nadzieję, że tylko te pierwsze ale po wymianie następne też niestety brzydko pachniały stęchlizną.
Hotel wydaje się nowy ale odklejone tapety, grzyb w łazience czy byle jak przeprowadzone naprawy przy takiej cenie nie powinny mieć miejsca.
