This establishment offers co-working space.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night, applies. Maximum 1 pet per room with a maximum of 15 kg. It is mandatory to show your pet’s health card upon arrival. All requests for traveling with pets are subject to availability and prior confirmation by the hotel.

The cleaning service is provided once every three days and linens are changed once a week.

Please note that the check-in process consists of a self-service kiosks, nevertheless there always staff available to assist you.

The restaurant service is self-service. Half board consists of breakfast and à la carte dinner, choosing between a starter, a main course and dessert (drinks not included).

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is very good — the beach, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. There was a small fridge and everything we needed for a nice and relaxing stay. The sea view was beautiful, especially at sunset!
The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but we were able to find parking on the nearby streets without any problems.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast. It was quite basic and there wasn’t much choice.

Estancia muy recomendada.
Pros:

El cariño, atención y buen servicio del personal. Las instalaciones muy bien. Y el lugar muy bonito.

Cons:

Que no hubiera buffee para comer y cenar o más variedad de platos para elegir.

Bien, agradable calidad precio bien
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la piscina y era muy cómodo

Cons:

No me gustó la ubicación, estaba lejos de los sitios que quería visitar y muchas curvas, tampoco me gustó el menú era siempre lo mismo para comer y para cenar.y el que cambien las las sábanas y toallas a los 3 días .

Excellent séjour conforme à nos attentes
Pros:

Trésor bon séjour de trois nuits dans cet établissement. Nous avions choisi la vue sur mer ce qui nous a évité D avoir du vis à vis.
Apparemment propre et calme. Personnel aimable et disponible avec une française qui nous a gentiment renseigné. Établissement de taille raisonnable et très bien situé avec belle plage à proximité et aussi une très belle ballade de bord de mer jusqu’à Alcalá .
Petits déjeuners de bonne qualité.
Nous recommandons ce lieu y compris pour ceux qui viennent en famille

Cons:

Pas grand chose nous aurions juste souhaité avoir la possibilité d avoir des transats sur notre terrasse éventuellement en payant un supplément 😊

Pros:

Limpieza de 10, tanto de habitaciones como de piscina.
Todo renovado y un montón de tumbonas para estar en la piscina.
Habitación y baño amplios.
Habia algún gatito que se acercaba porque imagino les darán restos de comida del propio hotel.

Cons:

No tiene la mejor ubicación.
Nos tocó habitación en la planta principal y al dejar la puerta abierta (porque estábamos al lado, en la piscina) se coló una especie de topo pequeñito que nos dió la noche...
La habitación no tenía ventana.

Szuper szálloda, csodás helyen!
Pros:

Csodás helyszínen van a szálloda, gyönyörű óceáni panorámával.Az épület modern, tiszta, mindennel felszerelt. A medence nagyon szép, tiszta, kellemes a vize, sötétedésig használható. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, rugalmas. Nagyon élveztük az itt tartózkodást. Szuper választás volt!

Нам дуже сподобалося проживання! Готель має чудове розташування, гарний вид на океан, затишну територію та приємну атмосферу. Особливо нам сподобалося саме місто Лос-Гігантес — неймовірні краєвиди та атмосфера. Саме тут, біля Los Gigantes, я зробив своїй дівчині пропозицію 💍❤️, тому це місце назавжди залишиться для нас особливим і незабутнім.

Все було добре, суттєвих недоліків не помітили.

Excelente
Pros:

Es un complejo turístico excepcional. Las instalaciones son nuevas e impecables, el servicio es muy agradable y atento y cuenta con un chiringuito/bar en la zona de la piscina con bastante variedad.
