Important information:

Please note that the hotel only offers bed and breakfast stays but no dinner.
Lunch is available from Monday to Friday from 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Please note that no lunch is offered in mid-August, at Christmas and New Year's until 6 January.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Soggiorno spartano.
Pros:

Nella zona e’ la più economica. Camere acusticamente ben isolate.

Cons:

A parte i lavori in corso proprio di fronte (dei quali tuttavia eravamo stati informati) la mancanza di una concierge alla sera e la qualità della colazione che non vale i 15€ richiesti.

Passt, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist.
Pros:

Angenehmes Haus, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, an sich sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Mikrowelle im Flur zur Verfügung, Getränke-Automat, ausreichend Parkplätze, LogIn über Schlüsselbox möglich, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Verdunkelungs-Vorhänge, nachts relativ ruhig (trotz aktueller Baustelle).

Cons:

Es ist aktuell erstens eine Baustelle am Brenner, wodurch die oassende Ausfahrt Brixen ab 22 Uhr gesperrt war, und zudem noch eine Riesen-Baustelle unmittelbar vir dem Haus (wofür das Haus natürlich nichts kann), auf beides hätte bei Buchung hingewiesen werden müssen. Leider wurde beides allerdings nicht kommuniziert. Die nächtliche Suche war durch Straßensperrungen und Umleitungen eine Katastrophe, denn Google Maps hat mich anderthalb Stunden irre geleitet, teils sogar unnötig über Passstraßen geführt.

Was mir auch nicht gefiel: direkt unterhalb der Zimmer darf auf der gesamten Terrasse geraucht werden, und das wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt.

Am Samstag wurde mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl das Schild an der Tür hing und ich den gesamten Tag ab 8:30 weg war.

Abendessen bietet das Haus leider nicht an.

Impossibile dormire!
Pros:

La colazione e la pulizia della camera.

Cons:

Temperatura eccessiva, senza possibilità di dormire con la finestra aperta in quanto direttamente fuori la finestra c'era una rumorosa ventola accesa tutta la notte. Avevo prenotato per 3 notti ma sono rimasto solo una.
