Great stay at Carvi Beach!
Pros:

Great location, with a parking space in the street right next to the hotel.

The room was great and really comfortable.

It is right next to Dona Ana beach, and about just a 15 - 20 min walk to the city's downtown.

We had an amazing time at the hotel.

Pros:

The highlights were the view, especially from the breakfast area, but also from some rooms and the rooftop pool. Breakfast was delicious as well. Restaurant prices and snack bar are above what I'm used to in a more expensive country, especially for Portugal.

Cons:

I was missing a laundry service and something for kids to play, doesn't need to be something big. One time we had sewer gases coming back up the pipes and we came back to a smelly room after a day out, but then it didn't happen again.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Ideale uitvalsbasis.
Zeer proper.
Mooie uitzichten.
Ongv. 20 min wandelen naar Lagos centrum

Cons:

Eitjes, spek waren niet meer voldoende warm bij ontbijt.

Jammer genoeg een kamer zonder zeezicht. Kijkend op een vuile muur.

The view from the room and roof top as well as restaurant. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Noise when people close their door. Hard to reduce. A bit of a walk to town but doable and uber available.

Pros:

We liked the fact that we were close to one of the big trails to walk and see the ghottos. The beach below was very nice ! The staff was very accommodating, we were on the first floor by the parking lot which was very noisy , so they accommodated us and moved us to the second floor opposite to the busy side. The breakfast was very good and the views were spectacular.

Cons:

The location was a bit out of the way to the old town. The beds were a bit hard. And the noise was a bit loud not quiet even though we switched rooms.
