Pros:

Staff were lovely stayed here a good few times and we had problems with the tv working they upgraded us were amazingly helpful

Good value for money
Pros:

We only stayed for 1 night to attend a family party. For what we paid and for 1 night it was fine, and the location was great for us.

Cons:

The room was very basic. No electricity sockets near a mirror to style your hair. But it was clean and comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The room was dirty with ingrained dirt around the shower. The carpet was a trip hazard, the tv reception was intermittent and the water didn't drain quickly from the sink. I did report it to the head receptionist.

Good value for money
Pros:

It’s a little dated, but the room was big with a separate lounge area with sofa and a table

Cons:

The shower taps were a bit broken so it was tricky turning them off, and the lids to the soap and shampoo bottles were broken so you couldn’t use them at all

Avoid this 4*(???) Hotel.
Pros:

Pool was good feature

Cons:

Electricals in bedrooms either missing or not working, including toilet!!! Handles missing from windows. TV and lights in bedrooms didn't work. Chipped tiles and had to wait for breakfast items. Was also remote - industrial site by appearances. Reception dont answer phone and at times left unattended.
