This charge will be taken from the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. If on arrival you smell smoke in your room please notify reception immediately.

bedroom window was stuck open.
3rd party parking enforcement sent a £100 notice for 1 night even though I was there for 4 days and signed the patrons parking tablet in the reception for the 4 day stay.
3rd party parking enforcer from London (Parkmaven) also dropped my call twice to challenge the notice. I have had to leave it with the hotel to sort for me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SITUATION.

Air con not working properly, seemed to be stuck at 26? As it was late we turned it off and opened the window. Bathroom ventilation not very good, left the room feeling humid as AC not working. Sink tap outflow needs attention as producing a sideways jet.

The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The Hotel was very tired and not very clean - the first room I was given the curtains were totally broken and hanging off the curtain rail with no blind or net curtain. I did complain and was moved into a much better room which had a blind and curtains. The decor throughout the hotel was very tired and dated.
Room was very spacious and location of hotel was great for our trip to Aintree racecourse. Great swimming pool
Room was a little "tired". Plug on iron broken on arrival, a wobbly handle on toilet flush and water in hand basin caused splashing on floor.Room was very hot and although air conditioned we still needed the window open during the night. There is a container facility next to the hotel and with thewindow open this was noisy throughout the night.

Any enjoyment and satisfaction I had with my stay was cancelled by parking fine I received 2 weeks later for using hotel car park. Regarless of the fact I stood at reception and in putted my data for my car in tablet provided. Take photo of screen to prove you did this.

Not really clean , the bathroom ,the coffee set ( cups and spoons in the room and in the restaurant where not clean and they don't change them
