The room was very spacious, with all the facilities you need, although the decor was dated. Bathroom in relation to the rest of the room was quite small but was perfectly fine. The bed was comfortable and individual room control for the AC if needed.
The TV stations were limited and the remote either didn't work properly or was over sensitive to touch.
The rooms appear to only have single glazing which when by a busy road and business park can be a little noisy. Didn't effect my sleep but if you are a very light sleeper it may impact you.
Very nice and comprehensive breakfast buffet. As a vegetarian I appreciated being able to ask for alternatives and loved the fresh fruit. The restaurant food was lovely. The suites were great and nice to have the option to use the pool. The bed was amazingly comfy and large.
A notice on breakfast menu saying what veggie or alternative options could be asked for would be helpful.

Nous n'avons guère apprécié le comportement de l'agent à l'accueil qui nous a donné une chambre catastrophique et non conforme à celle que nous avons réservée.
De plus, pas de climatisation contrairement à ce qui était Annoncé sur ma n application Booking.com.
Aussi, nous avons dû changé d'hôtel après avoir perdu un après-midi entier de réclamation avec le personnel de l'hôtel et celui de Booking.com!!
Aussi, en plus du changement d'hôtel et en tant que client Genius 2, nous demandons une indemnisation pour préjudice causé : perte d'une demi-journée, alors que nous étions en mission notamment.
Nous espérons que nous serons entendus par la direction pourvun geste commercial à la hauteur du préjudice causé !
Bath wouldnt work (cold water tap)and still waiting to hear about this. Shower also didnt work until someone sorted it. First room stank off cigarettes but they were happy to move us but still not great

Easy check in. Staff were friendly enough.
I have stayed here many times but the hotel has deteriorated. My room was grubby, bed was VERY creaky as it was one of those wood frame pull out beds. There was a lump of someone elses chewing gum stuck to the side of the bed frame which I didn't see until I woke up. I doubt I'll stay there again.
Welcome was nice, front of house team seemed happy and helpful.
Very run down in areas and not really appropriate to be called 'Premier'. Images online must be from 20 years ago and the place has not be decorated since. First room the a/c didn't work, was moved to the only other available room where the a/c did work but not in all areas. Broken window which didn't shut properly. Lights didn't work properly. Staff in the restaurant were busy and unprepared for people arriving to eat... and didn't hide it, ignored for some time. Beer taps not working so choice was limited. Breakfast was OK but not worth the money being charged. Left a charger in the room and emailed to confirm they had it... no response. Overall, someone with fresh eyes needs to have a good look around and get the place tidied up or seriously consider how much the charges are and reduce them appropriately.

Family had an evening meal and it was fab. Breakfast buffet great. Couldn’t fault anything. Plenty of parking and rooms are spacious.
Convenience for Open Championship but very high prices for what was on offer.
