2. For two night stay complementary drinking water and toiletries was provided on first day only.
Very friendly staff. Free WiFi and car ride to airport on check out. Has restaurant at bottom floor and pretty decent location just outside main town so not that noisy with traffic
I found Supreme Palace to be all I needed while spending a week in Port Blair. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. Nothing that I asked for was refused and they were concerned about my plans for daytime activities. The hotel though not near the centre is not too far away that you can’t walk to the bazaar. Transportation can be accommodated if you either want to talk tours or drive yourself by car or motor scooter.
Clean and has everything you need for our stay
Property needs to have running hot water and the cutlery in the restaurant needs an update. General upkeep like better mattresses would also be a good improvement.
Was a bit skeptical initially but the whole experience turned out to be wonderful. The hotel has a professional vibe but warmth of boutique hotels. The staff was responsive and gave suggestions on what to do. They have a hotel car that can be used for going around. The rooms were new and clean

Extremely courteous and helpful staff.
I was traveling with my minor daughter and I requested for a late check out and was willing to pay for it. But the staff kindly granted me my request and did not charge a single extra rupee.
Additionally, I messed up by taking the room keys with me causing them a lot of inconvenience. Despite this, the staff were kind and polite and worked with me to return back their key.
I highly recommend Serene Palace for a budget stay in Port Blair.
The property was very nice. Good staff , always provided us whatever we wanted. The room was clean. No complaints. Overall had a great experience.
1. Complementary airport pick up.
2. Rooms are large for 2 people and clean.
1. Location: there is literally nothing in that area. No nearby restaurants that you can go to quickly.
2. Staff: highly incompetent crews. Had to argue for two hours for a room change in which there is no water in the bathroom. They literally spoiled my vacation.
3. Bathroom: nightmare. No hot water in room number 105, 106. No water in room number 104. Broken toilet seat.
4. Breakfast: horrible. Very limited options which too tasted bad.
The property is surrounded by lush green trees around. They arranged a rental two wheeler on request.
The hot water facility is not individual. You have to call the receptionist to switch on the central heater every time you want to freshen up. There is no airport/Jetty pickup or drop provided free by the property, you have to pay for these.

We had to leave early for the ferry so we asked before and at the hotel if we get takeaway breakfast and they confirmed. In the morning turned out there was nothing. As it was a birthday morning and special request it was a dissapointment. Otherwize nice place
The hotel. Looked lovely on website but the surrounding area is not very nice. Room was big but no English channels on the television. Worst thing was when we wanted to have a bath in the evening muddy water started to come in the taps. They blamed the municipality but I didn’t believe them. Once cleaner water started coming there was no hot water either that evening or the following morning. Staff seem very inexperienced and incapable of dealing with problems
