Perfect for a short stay

Stressful and disappointing- due to poor hygiene and being deliberately misled by manager.
Cons:

I had phoned and spoken directly to the manager Josh and explained I had just booked but was told there was construction next door and that we would need to cancel (during free cancellation period ) unless it was possible to have a room not near main road and construction site. He told me absolutely they could do that.
When we got there the room was directly opposite a massive construction site and main road.
The room was also unclean -dirty skirtings, curtains stained and sticky floors you could not walk on. We were given a meal voucher and he initially stated they could move us to others rooms then the following day they wouldn`t.
We were told were could get a refund for following three nights and moved to other accomodation but our refund was $289 less than it should have been. He blamed Booking.com and I know that is incorrect he has calculated the refund on a much higher room rate which is clearly dishonest we should be refunded three of the five nights on what we paid.
We had inconvenience having to look for alternative accomodation all because he was dishonest we were misled in the first place. Do not trust this hotel management. I do not like being lied to and dismissed.

Hat uns gut gefallen, Personal nett und hilfsbereit, schnell Ein- und Auschecken
Pros:

Die Nähe zu Restaurants und Geschäfte und auch zum Strand

Cons:

Leider war nebenan eine Baustelle, fairerweise hat die Unterkunft mir das vorher mitgeteilt.

Great stay would book again!
Pros:

Just a 7-8 min walk to the heart of Byron shops cafes and bars. Great one bedroom apartment with pool and spa. Couldn’t fault it.

Sehr schönes Städtchen. Von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr niedlich.
Kein Teppich im Zimmer.
Kleiner Balkon mit viel Grün.
Unser Zimmer war zum Pool, daher sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Beautiful clean apartment, just a short walk to the main town and beach.
Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Only 2 washing machines for the whole building and you have to pay to use them
