Cons:

Cooktop, we could not access it had a lock function with no instructions. We called reception never got a call back was an automated automated service. Poor form. Cost cutting on staff is wrong. No staff around

It was really good.
Pros:

Very comfortable and great location. Underground car park was convenient and the pool /Jacuzzi were nice to relax in. Great for kids too - very safe and respectful guests.

Cons:

We couldn’t open front entrance door into resort, while I was telling staff other customers complained about same issue. Was told it would be fixed but that was on Friday morning & nothing was done. Had to go through garage to gain entrance

My wife and i had an awesome time.
Pros:

location is absolutely fantastic, The room was very specious and big enough for two people to be comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable and relaxing

Cons:

Unfortunately we were without TV. Perhaps a radio clock wouldn't go stray for times like this.

Pros:

Eco beach Resort was such a heaven for us. The room is spacious, the resort is clean and quiet. The balcony is peaceful. The staff was very friendly. Our microwave broke but it got replaced straight away.

What could be improved is more toilet paper, bin liner and bath mats. Changing the bed linen every 4 days instead of 8 days would have been advantageous as well. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Note that there is a construction facing the property. Our room was facing the construction site, but it was soundproof when the windows were closed.

Short walk into town and dog beach

All the doors slamming

Each time somebody entered or left their room, the door would slam. From early mornings to late at night. Many young children can be heard crying.
