Todo . Para empezar llegamos 4.37 y la habitación no estaba lista . Hasta las 6 y cuando entramos a la habitación una churre , hasta cucaracha muerta en el piso . Al otro día tocaron la puerta housekeeping , nos fuimos para k limpiara , y cdo regresamos en la tarde la habitación llena de churre la cama ni la tendió , solo sacó las bolsas de basura y ya . Cuando salí a averiguar , una señora mayor me dijo k ellas eran joven y no hacen bien su trabajo . Y esa señora me barrió la habitación . Gracias a dios . Pero lo peor

A nice retreat from hectoc life. The Point and the pool added to that vibe
Pros:

Great location on Marathon close to restaurants and shops as well as marina. Each building had maybe 30 rooms. It was quiet. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Steep stairs to our rooms no elevator. Made it difficult to carry luggage up and down.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. Swimming pool was amazing. The best sunset location ever. So nice and calming. Games for kids. Nice hammocks etc. Loved it! :)

DO NOT GO! The hotel does not change the bed sheets between guests.
Pros:

Nothing. The experience was terrible. The bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. I had to leave the hotel and drive three hours home in the middle of the night with a child rather than sleep in an unsanitary room since they never fixed it. The hotel has not provided a full refund and returned only $10 of a $70 security deposit, even though I never stayed at the property. They don´t answer emails and somehow calls always drop. Do not go there. They are scammers.

I’m giving this hotel the minimum rating the system allows me.

We came back around 7:00 PM after being told the room was not ready earlier, only to discover that the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. It was obvious that housekeeping had simply straightened the sheets and made the bed without replacing them. They smelled sweaty too. Please see the pictures.

I immediately went to the front desk and was assured that someone would come and change the sheets right away. However, by 9:30 PM, after three separate trips to the front desk, nobody had shown up and the sheets were still unchanged.

We were traveling with a young child who was exhausted and needed to sleep. After waiting for hours with no resolution, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and drive three hours all the way back home because the room was still not ready for us to sleep in.

The lack of care is evident all around the property. The pool area was completely overcrowded and dirty, even with dogs sitting on the pool edge. Many guests were eating inside the pool, playing loud music on their own sound systems, and behaving in a drunken and inappropriate manner in front of children. There were no employees present to enforce even basic sanitary standards or pool rules. Food was floating in the water, including Cheetos and pieces of mango, and some people were even cooking in the area with pots and gas paella burners.

Despite leaving the hotel, the manager and staff have not responded to any of my text messages regarding the full refund I requested. I am still waiting for a response. To make matters worse, I was also charged $20 for parking, and they only refunded $10 of my security deposit even though I did not stay at the hotel.
