Pros:

Beautiful, quiet location with excellent and cozy rooms, perfectly clean and well-maintained. There is a large pool and a jacuzzi, and the sunsets by the waterfront are absolutely stunning.

Cons:

The breakfast is very basic and could be improved — it would be nice to have at least some hot options.

Pros:

La chambre était très confortable, l’hôtel est assez intimiste et avec une belle piscine.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné, si l’on peut appeler ça ainsi, une catastrophe. Nous n’avions rien à manger, pas de place, les tables n’étaient pas nettoyé.

Sijainti hyvä ja helposti löydettävissä. Tunnin ajomatka key westiin.

Cons:

Aamiainen suppea ja huonohko. Olisin odottanut tälläiseen paikkaan monipuolisempaa aamiaista. Huoneessa ei ilmastointi toiminut kunnolla, joka olisi vienyt kosteuden huoneesta pois. Henkilökunta oli vähän tympeän oloisia.

Horrible & never again.
Cons:

They lied to us promising a credit of $245 (the resort fee) because the whole week we were there, the internet didn’t work or the ice machine. Never saw the credit. Then they charged my credit card an additional $135. I cannot get ahold of the resort, left a FB message & one at their corporate headquarters with zero response & Booking.com has been no help…just keeps disconnecting me. Won’t use either one again.

Hotel ok pelo preco.
Pros:

Boa localizacao. Camas confortáveis. Nossa estada foi curta, entao nao usamos as facilidades do local, como piscina e quadra de tênis, mas é bom ter essas opcoes.

Cons:

O café da manha nao vale a pena. Tudo empacotado e ultraprocessado. Nunca vi nada igual. Seria preferivel nao oferecerem café da manha e cobrarem menos.

Prenotazione cancellata non da me e nessuna assistenza da parte dell'Host prima dell'arrivo.

Assistenza clienti.
Ho avuto una spiacevole sorpresa all'arrivo, alle 21:30 di sera.
Prenotazione cancellata non capisco da chi. Dopo aver ricevuto un messaggio di cancellazione dalla struttura ho contattato Booking che mi ha rassicurato sulla conferma della prenotazione. Ho ripetutamente anche contattato la struttura per ricevere info, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposte, ne' ai messaggi su Booking ne' tantomeno ai messaggi diretti alla struttura.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était très confortable et propre. Fraîchement rénové. Les installations étaient superbes : terrain de pickleball, tennis, échiquier géant, une marina avec un coin bar aménagé avec des hamacs et des jeux. Très jolie. Possibilité d'emprunter des vélos, des jeux de société. Et le grand plus en cette saison : la piscine est chauffée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : des céréales, muffins, hamburger à réchauffer au micro-ondes, des yaourts grecs, du café et du jus d'orange. Passé une certaine heure il n'y a plus rien. Mais bon on est pas venu pour ça.
Et le parking a 18$ la nuit
