The location of the hotel is good

Cons:

The hotel does not match its 5-star rating. The price is too high for what is offered — the walls and wallpaper are worn, the room is very dark and poorly lit, and there is nowhere to sit at the reception while waiting.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and we would not recommend it at this price point.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially on checking in. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel
