Exceptional Hospitality and Thoughtful Extras in Rome
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Although the rooms are relatively small, they are beautifully designed and very practical, with everything thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and functionality. We also had a lovely little balcony, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel went above and beyond with several complimentary extras. We were given free access to the minibar, which was refilled daily, a voucher for a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, and, upon departure, a thoughtful gift of a package of authentic Italian pasta. These small touches made our stay feel even more special.

The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, offering plenty of choices each morning. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return.

Cons:

Nothing significant to mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Przytulny hotel, klimat rodzinny, bardzo miły personel, czyste pokoje, czysta pościel i codzienne sprzątanie, drink powitalny, prezent na wyjazd !

Stanza pulitissima e ben insonorizzata, letto comodo. Colazione ottima, possibilità di scelta tra dolce, salato e frutta; personale attento, cordiale e sempre sorridente. A 10 minuti dalla stazione metro Boccea e poco meno da quella dei bus ATAC.

Cons:

Peccato per gli spazi: la camera e il bagno, benché completi di tutto, sono un poco sottodimensionati.

Séjour agréable ☺️ le principal y était : accessibilité aux transports, confort et calme.

Nous avons aimé la proximité des transports en commun, le calme, le confort de la literie, le petit-déjeuner (manque de compote)

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, close to both the metro and bus lines, allowing you to reach the city center and other central areas very quickly.
The rooms are tidy, clean, and the beds are comfortable.
The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the coffee is excellent.

Pros:

Staff was amazing, room exceeded all expectations of our reservation type. It's rare everything is better than the description or photos. We checked in late at night due to a cancelled flight and were met with a warm welcome in our room--a note, T.V. and lights on, complimentary snacks. They also accommodated our dog with no issue when I mistakenly omitted her in the reservation. Breakfast is always great at C-hotel locations and they make time for special touches all over the hotel. I hope the hotel treats their staff as well as the staff treats the clients :)

Cons:

Later check-out was not communicated to the cleaning staff properly so our maid walked in randomly despite front desk having verified our late check out was ok twice. Otherwise, I would say the main area carpets need to be deep cleaned. For such a nice and clean property otherwise, with great staff, service and amenities (I will surely be back and recommend to everyone) the hallway carpets look run-down and ratty.
