Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade; Zimmer sehr groß mit allem was man braucht; Frühstück sehr gut; gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat leider noch nicht funktioniert, weil sie anscheinend zentral gesteuert wird und im April noch nicht aktiv war, bei den Temperaturen wäre sie aber notwendig gewesen.

Pros:

L accueil réservé par le personnel agréable et qui ne vous met pas la pression pour libérer au plus vite appartement!

Cons:

La chambre sans fenêtre et le manque de climatisation , tandis que l établissement indique qu il est climatisé!
Un des ventilateurs mis à disposition ne donne pas d’air mais fait du bruit!
La table basse du salon abîmée et pas stable, au moindre faux geste elle devrait s’ecrouler!
Le mobilier de terrasse en plastique rudimentaire reste très décevant!

Great location, beautiful sea view, and friendly staff.
Pros:

• The property is in an excellent location, right by the beach and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais.
• Parking is available nearby; it is secure and very easy to access.
• The terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea.
• The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family stay.
• The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we requested extra blankets.

Cons:

• Some of the kitchen equipment was outdated, particularly the washing machine, which was quite noisy.
• Nothing to dislike!

Grande chambre confortable avec vue sur la mer!
Tout qui était nécessaire et utile était là!
Le personnel est très sympathique et l’emplacement est parfait pour être proche de la ville mais un peu au calme quand même!
