Beautiful and welcoming
Price due to conferences
It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There needs to be more staff hired to clean the hallways and public spaces like the entrance and dining areas. They looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a month or longer.
Also there was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway that we saw from our elevator ride, our phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk and it made me a little uncomfortable going back out that evening.
Gorgeous hotel the rooms are stunning!
The staff was very professional and very respectful.
There was nothing I did not like.
It was a beautiful and clean facility and was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Parking was difficult as
We had to park
A difficulty long way away for my family member who was handicapped.Even though we had a handicapped placard, there weren't enough spaces.
Overall the hotel was fine. Liked the spacious rooms
Had a bad experience with a fire alarm in the room. It was chirping. I called the front desk to report the issue but they not fix it until the next day. So we did not get any sleep that night because of the constant intermittent noise and chirping. The hotel did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
Did not like paying $12 per day for outdoor parking. A bit exorbitant!
