O Hotel fica próximo à praia, tem instalações boas, com piscina externa e interna. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, com café da manhã variado e saboroso.
O quarto com vista para o mar é extremamente agradável.

-Most staff were nice and approachable, especially Brianca, thank you for your service, always with a smile and Nelson at reception as well, very helpful
-They extended our check out time for free, thank you, it was a good gesture
-Facilities were clean
-The jacuzzi is a nice addition
-Emanuella at reception needs to work on her customer service skills, we found her unapproachable and unhelpful with simple requests
-Breakfast needs alot of improvement, more variety, and the lady at the kitchen counter was rude to us on the second day, but this was quickly sorted out by reception, so thank you Nelson once again.
-Please stick to the times displayed in the Jaccuzi as they kept on switching it off 30mins earlier than displayed which is a dissapointment.
- Please check the pillows, they are too hard, most people complained about it( we were a group of 10).
- There was a spill in the corridor floor which we reported to reception and they cleaned it in up with the same towels they give out to use at the pool, so that wasn't a good citing at all
- Lastly but not least, if you need peace and quiet, this is the place for you, but unfortunately, this didn't not suit our group, so the ambience did not work for us, we found it too quiet, but that was just us.
Quartos confortáveis, Localização boa, perto de praias lindas e uns 3 kms andando do centro da cidade ficando longe do barulho mas não tão longe do centro. Café da manha muito bem servido.
Faltou que me fosse apresentado ou falado sobre os aposentos do hotel como piscina indoor, jacuzi, e ginasio. Tive que explorar o hotel para achar essas areas. O preço das bebidas no bar eram elevados comparados ao resto da cidade.

Quarto excelente e banheiro espetacular.
El desayuno muy bueno , variedad de frutas y bollería . La parte caliente no tenía tanta variedad pero ha estado muy bien .
La cena fue tipo menú y la comida muy buena . Muchísimas gracias a Andreia, ha estado pendiente de todo y siempre con una gran sonrisa!!
Los tiempos de servicio de la cena fueron muy altos .. creo que un tiempo de servicio de cena con menú de casi 3 horas , se puede reducir perfectamente a una hora y media .
Pequeno almoço bom, localização boa e quarto super espaçoso.
Jantar não era buffet e as bebidas não estavam incluídas na meia pensão.
