Bighorn Meadows Resort

We did not use the pool or hot tub as it did not look available at this time of year, but we really did not ask. We found our room to be in a location where the couple above us were quite noisy every morning at 7:00am They were constantly dragging the kitchen bar stools around the ceramic tile flooring morning and evening causing screaching noise from the stool legs. Facilities are very clean and furniture and kitchen is brand new. Very satisfied with staying

Portable AC unit was quite noisy, but it was nice to have the cool air. Odd that it isn’t built into the building.
Also, this was our first time with a room and not a suite. It was clean and comfortable. I love this resort.

Clean

Overall, I would stay here again. We stayed in the 100 block, which doesn’t quite match the photos but was still a very well-appointed, clean and spacious suite. The patio opened directly onto the golf course area, making it a great spot to enjoy dinner or morning coffee outside.

We prepared all of our meals in the suite, and aside from bringing our own food and condiments, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The only downside was that the bedroom lacked blackout curtains and faced the outside hallway, where bright spotlights stayed on until 1 a.m.

Despite that, the overall experience was very good!

Pool area was nice with 2 hot tubs. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed as well.

Stayed two nights in a bachelor suite. The room was spotlessly clean and new. Towels, bedsheets, carpet all clean. There was a small kitchen with a small fridge, microwave and some utensils, glasses and plates. Complex was very quiet when we were there. The grounds are very highly managed and are well maintained. Beautiful spot. It’s close to everything and a short drive gets you to the surrounding golf courses, hot pools in Radium and Fairmount, and many restaurants and pubs. Located beside the golf course.
I would definitely splurge on a one bedroom with balcony next time. There is a pool and two hot tubs on the property also. Would highly recommend this resort summer and winter.
The few negatives were the fridge doesn’t work well and will not freeze ice, the bed was newer but I found it to be very hard, and the security chain on the door was broken. The resort also takes $100 on a credit card as a damage deposit that hasn’t been returned yet.
Highly recommended.

Great location for the Radium Car Show, however parking at the resort was an issue. Easy walking distance to town, very close to golf course. Clean and well maintained.

Beautiful golf course

Did not like that there was nobody at the reception after 6 pm. Did not like that no cleaning was within 2 nights stay. Did not like that all supplies were only for one night which includes soap , shampoo, tea bags.

Exceptionally pleased with the suite and pricing. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub. Check in staff were friendly and courteous. Only recommendation would be to have a body wash/shampoo dispenser in the tub area as the tiny container of each didn’t last. This was our second visit and we plan to go again next year.

Everything is perfect except it's kinda hard to reach out to the front desk via phone number even when it's during their business hours
