Nicht kundenorientiert. Kein Fehlermanagement.
Pros:

Lage akzeptabel, gut erreichbar mit dem PKW. Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenfrei.

Cons:

kein Frühstück verfügbar, obwohl hier angegeben. Wasser kalt, Duschen war nicht möglich. Nach 1/1/2 Stunden warten an der Rezeption kam der Kommentar in 20 Minuten müsste es gehen. Man soll sich als Kunde dann irgendwo telefonisch melden, damit man Auskünfte erhält. Sorry das war gar nix....

Die Betten waren durchgelegen. Das Essen im Restaurant war lange nicht mehr auf dem Niveau wie vor 2 Jahren.

Pros:

Der Mühlenhof Bosse ist ein komfortables, sehr schönes Hotel mit einem empfehlenswerten Restaurant. Sehr große Auswahl an Gerichten, rustikales aber stilvolles Ambiente, sehr schönes, kleines Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und kleine Lampen am Bett wären wünschenswert.

Vor allem für Kinder war etwas geboten. Die Mühle in der Nachbarschaft, Spielplätze in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das ist meckern auf relativ hohem Niveau.
Die Spülung lief durchgehend. Das konnte bei dem kurzem Aufenthalt nicht behoben werden.
