Stadthotel mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen
Pros:

Das kleine, familiengeführte Hotel ist schön in der Nähe des Wassers und der Piazza del Plebiscito gelegen. Es gibt viele nette Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.
Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, das ist sehr gut, das Personal ist freundlich.
Mein Zimmer war hell und komfortabel, besonders möchte ich die ausgezeichnete Reinigung der Zimmer loben.

Cons:

Ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, bei der Buchung, da ich immerhin 9 Nächte lang dort war!
Mir wurde ausdrücklich empfohlen, das Zimmer zum Hof zu nehmen, dass mir vom Haus angeboten wurde. Ich hatte die Auswahl zwischen einem Zimmer zur Straße und dem zum Hof. Da ich der Empfehlung vertraute, wählte ich das wesentlich unattraktivere Zimmer zum Hof.
Was soll ich sagen: Katastrophe! Wie schon von Gästen in 2025 hier kritisiert, sind zum Hinterhof 4 oder 5 Zimmer an den Wochenenden bis 2 Uhr morgens von einem Event-/Nachtclub belastet. Man gab also mir, die ein ruhiges Zimmer erbeten hatte wissentlich ein Zimmer, dass schon früher zu Reklamationen wegen nächtlicher Ruhestörung geführt hat.
Bei einer Buchung von 9 Nächten!
Das finde ich außergewöhnlich hinterhältig!
Ich bestätige auch die Beurteilung anderer Gäste, in meinem Zimmer zum Hof waren die Aktivitäten im benachbarten Badezimmer sehr laut hörbar.
Ich habe am Folgetag das Zimmer gewechselt und ein wesentlich Netteres bekommen.
TIPP: Reserviert ein Zimmer zur Via Palepoli hinaus. Die Zimmer zur Via Generale Giordano Orsini sind an den Wochenenden auch laut, da steht und hupt der Verkehr dreispurig! Die Straße sieht auf der Karte harmlos aus, ist jedoch am Wochenende stark befahren.

- Posizione molto comoda per visitare Napoli, zona tranquilla

Cons:

- Isolamento acustico della stanza (finestre nuove e di ottima qualità, ma porte d'ingresso sottili, vecchie e con fessure che facevano sentire i rumori provenienti dall'esterno)

Perfekte Lage für Stadturlaub, viele sehr gute Lokale in der Nähe. Bett und Bettwäsche sehr gut, Zimmer groß genug, inklusive Frühstück

Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación perfecta a 20 min a pie del centro y cerca del puerto. En la zona hay muy buena oferta gastronómica (para todos los gustos), además, el personal del hotel nos aconsejó muy bien.

El personal del hotel es impecable, dando un trato cercano pero siempre desde el respeto.

Los desayunos del hotel son magníficos.

Sin duda repetiría esta experiencia. Fue un placer estar tan cómodos.

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect.The room was maybe a little bit small but there were three of us and they did say they could give us another room but we were fine for the amount of time we were in there.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena la ubicación. A pasos del mar y con posibilidad de acceder a pié a varios puntos turísticos. El personal amable.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño bastante pequeños pero para unas pocas noches está bien. Lo que no me gustó fue que se escucharan los ruidos y voces de las habitaciones contiguas con tanta claridad.
