Please note that the hotel offers a FREE Shuttle Bus service on a first-come, first-served basis. You can enjoy:
• City-center 2 route (9:00 & 17:00 daily): Bến Thành Market, Noter Dame Cathedral, Nguyen Hue Boulevard stop points.
The bus departs hourly from the hotel and drops by tourist attractions.
The bus routine is attached for your reference. Time may vary pending traffic or road closures.
Please be informed that as part of our regular safety and maintenance work we are cleaning the entire exterior surface of the building.
We will be commencing work on November 03rd and plan to finish the project on November 20th, 2025.
Daily work will take place between 8:00am to 18:00, except the bad weather days (rainy, windy, stormy...).
Method of work: rope access and scaffolding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff at the front of the hotel was friendly and helpful.
Place is kind of old but its not too expensive and location is alright.
Breakfast - I ate there and didn't get sick, but the breakfast there is bad. Its comparable to some of the cheapest buffets in America, but at the cheap buffets in America, I don't have to get my own coffee. They have a lot of staff working at the breakfast buffet but mostly just standing around and clearing plates. For about $11 USD in vietnam, it is a rip off. The hk cafe around the corner has hk and western breakfast sets for less than $5 USD, you get to pick what you want, its made to order, includes a drink, and served to you.
Most of what I said about this hotel was related to how bad the breakfast was, it was bad, but I think I might stay at this place again, just not pay for breakfast and eat breakfast elsewhere.
Glad to stayed here during the visit with my family.
Location wise is in District 10 which is close to everything.
Service was amazing.
Room was big as we got complimentary upgrades.
Breakfast buffet was good also as lots of options including the Pho and Magenta Sticky Rice which the later was my favourite!!
I requested for a room decor for my parents as its their anniversary and they did with extra charge of 1.000.000 VND but it was worth it!
Will definitely stay here again next visit!
The only problem is the AC as one night somehow the AC wasnt that cool eventho it was set to 10 or less but then cooling later on.
The staff were very helpful. I am saying this in particular reference to the ground floor staff who helped me a lot with my enquiry, including car services and changing my roaming telephone arrangement. Very helpful staff. Thank you, VU
The breakfast canteen has a bit of a restricted selection and not much clarity on whether the food is vegan or not, I am afraid

All in all a very nice hotel with big rooms.
The hotel is rather on the older side when it comes to furnishing and equipment. The area where the hotel is located is not very inviting.

Location is isolated, its a taxi ride wherever you want to go. Nothing really around the hotel. Gorgeous public areas.
Rooms are very comfortable and clean.
Pool area adequate for a quick dip after a day of sightseeing. Bar is nicely arranged, music was rather loud.

The Chinese restaurant was delicious, well worth a visit.
Biggest let down was the breakfast buffet, a fair amount of choice but it was all lukewarm or cold, unless you chose the noodles and rice dishes. Egg station prepared poached,fried,boiled and omelette but they precooked them all which meant they were cold when served. Never been to a hotel that can't order an omelette to be made there and then. Very disappointing.

Very good service and nice food
Located slightly away from city centre. Rooms are quite comfortable and cozy, has very nice restaurant with variety of food and complimentary bus ferry to city markets is good
Checking time at 3 PM is totally inconvenient for guest by all means.
Charging 50 percent for 10 AM checkin is like penalising tourist guest who are vising city
