Sehr gute Lage. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit waren bestens.

Pros:

The hotel atmoshphere was amazing, entering it has beean already a joy, the receptionist welcomed us woth fresh orange juie and we could take a sit on the comfortable furnitures during the check in. I would like to highligth the restaurant and the staff. We had halfboard and it felt like we had our breakfast and dinner in a high quality restaurant ever day. The pool area and garden was really relaxing and beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for their genuine friendliness and professionalism. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel itself is impeccably clean, which immediately put my mind at ease. The interior design is stunning—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere without sacrificing sophistication.

Another major plus was the location. It's perfectly situated for exploring the area, whether you're interested in dining, shopping, or sightseeing. Everything was just a short walk away.

All in all, this hotel combines excellent service, pristine cleanliness, beautiful aesthetics, and a prime location. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!

Globalement content de notre sejours avec quelques fausses notes
Pros:

La qualité du petit dej, la gentillesse du staff du petit déjeuner (lis, marissa, massimo entre autre)
La qualité des soins au spa
Le restaurant est bon midi et soir
Acces au kids club du mediterranean palace gratuit (on l’a juste su au bout d’une semaine seulement c’est dommage)

Cons:

Chambre de 80 m2 indiqué (terrasse comprise attention) la chambre en elle même n’est pas très grande finalement. Ne pas commander les plats dédié au room service mais ceux de la carte du restaurant car ce n’est vraiment pas bon (mal décongelé, pas fait maison).
Je trouve que vu le prix et les erreurs de service ils n’ont globalement pas une attitude très commerciale. Effet mois d’aout certainement

Friendly staff and clean rooms, but disappointing food and service issues
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. One of the lifeguards was also absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were clean and always cleaned on time. Room service was good. There were also plenty of sun loungers available around the pool.

Cons:

The quality of the food was extremely disappointing. We tried lunch once and dinner once, and both were honestly terrible. Breakfast was repetitive every day, with very little variety or creativity.

The hotel also does not have its own sun loungers on the beach, which was disappointing.

What annoyed me most, however, was the situation with drinking water. I asked whether bottled water for the room was free and was told that it was, and that I could simply pick it up at the bar whenever I needed it. For the first few days, this was not an issue. On the fourth day, however, I was suddenly asked for my room number and told that I would be charged an absurd amount for a bottle of water. I refused it on principle. They then said it was fine and later delivered the water to my room anyway.

I do not mind whether water is free or charged for — what bothered me was the lack of clear information and what felt like unnecessary greed over something so basic. Situations like this make guests feel uncomfortable and awkward for no reason. Perhaps the hotel made some extra money from selling bottles of water, but they have lost a returning guest. I would not stay here again and, unfortunately, I would not recommend the hotel to others.

Another serious issue was the large number of cockroaches around the pool area in the evening.

Todo un acierto !
Pros:

Fuimos en Julio con mi pareja por su cumpleaños y todo fue una maravilla. La bienvenida no pudo ser mejor, nos atendieron de forma muy personalizada, delicada amable y educada. La habitación es realmente acogedora con un diseño muy creativo que invita al descanso. Nos sorprendieron con un genial detalle por el aniversario de mi marido y queremos agradecer al equipo de recepción por su amabilidad. El equipo de restaurante también destaca por su cortesía y cordialidad. El desayuno fue en un entorno realmente distendido, rodeado de buena decoración y naturaleza con un menú personalizado, preparado por el chef con productos caseros y de delicatesen. La pastelería aunque no es abundante, pero lo que hay es realmente exquisito. Prefiero poco y de calidad........eso es un acierto ! En términos generales si quieres estar rodeado de buen diseño, piscina tranquila , estar a un paso del mar, cerca de todo y con una atención de lujo, este es tu sitio.

Coming back next year
Pros:

The calm amongst the chaos of Tenerife. Whilst other hotels are having pool parties and loud music, Sir Anthony resonates quiet and chilled vibes with amazing service and a stunning surroundings. Food is excellent and well thought out and the rooms are plush and spotless. It’s well worth the money and the staff cannot do enough for you. Will be there next year as well 👍🏻
