Bel établissement, bien situé, accueil très agréable, mais chambre très très exiguë, difficile de se glisser entre le lit et la tablette servant de " bureau" , manque de place p.les vêtements et encore moins p. les bagages ! . . . et vu le tarif,on ne mettait que deux étoiles ; les photos sur le site sont trompeuses : Attention ! . .

Chambre propre, mais très petite. Attention aux chambres donnant sur la rue : celle-ci est très bruyante et donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la chambre sans se faire réveiller par du vacarme.

Pros:

部屋は広くて、小綺麗だった。防音もしっかりしていて基本静かだった。
ただ冷蔵庫も湯沸器もないし、二人用の部屋なのに椅子が1つしかないから部屋で寛ぐには色々足りない。ペットボトルのお水が毎日補充されていたのはありがたい。

Professionelles und sehr freundliches Personal mit viel Geduld*

*Die Klimaanlage ist an beiden Tagen total ausgefallen und anscheinend besteht das Problem schon seit mehreren Tagen….wir haben eine Entschädigung erhalten (Dankeschön!), aber es war natürlich bei diesen hohen Temperaturen trotz Ventilator nicht sehr angenehm!
Dieser Aspekt ist nicht in die Bewertung eingeflossen, da das Personal das best Mögliche unternahm, um es den Gesten angenehm zu machen! …. Und die Verantwortung liegt beim Hauptsitz der Hotelkette in Brest und nicht vor Ort…. Zufällig (oder auch nicht), war am nächsten Tag in einer anderen Stadt bei derselben Hotelkette die Klimaanlage komplett ausgefallen….!!

Séjour agréable ,l’hôtel est bien situé ,proche du centre-ville . Le seul petit point noir est le parking . Il devrait être bien précisé qu’il faut le réserver ,les places étant limitées .

A fréquenter faute de mieux.
Pros:

Manque de professionnalisme du personnel à l'accueil.
Prix abusifs des petits déjeuners (16€) et des quelques places très étroites du parking (15€),vendues en surbooking par l'accueil.(des véhicules rentrent mais ressortent faute d'emplacements disponibles)
Parois de douches qui ne ferment plus, à bloquer avec un tabouret

J'ai du attendre 20 minutes à l'enregistrement car ma chambre avait été donné à un autre client le matin même. J'ai attendu sans que l'on me donne de nouvelle ayant eu pour effet que je suis arrivé en retard au rendez vous pour lequel j'était sur place.

Appena fuori dal centro città, che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. uno dei tre stelle più puliti nei quali ho soggiornato in Francia. Facilità di trovare parcheggio in prossimità dell’albergo
