Nicht empfehlenswert - Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht und man fühlt sich nicht wohl!
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Wir haben eine Massage gebucht (Dienstleister ist im Haus aber ist extern). Die Masseurin Ligia war wirklich super.

Cons:

Rezeptionisten waren sehr unprofessionell und nicht hilfreich. Während dem Check-in hat die Person immer wieder etwas dazwischen gemacht und sich nicht auf uns konzentriert. Es gab Probleme bei der Massagebuchung und die Rezeptionistin hat versucht die Person zu erreichen, ohne Erfolg. Nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit und Nachfrage hat sie dann gesagt, dass sie nicht abgenommen hat.
Das Interieur ist viel schlimmer als auf den Bildern. Das Mobiliar ist alt und ganze Zimmer und Bad sieht so aus, als hätte man es Jahre nicht mehr unterhalten. Die Fenster im Zimmer sind extrem schmutzig. Es sieht so aus, als würden Sachen auseinanderfallen (z.B. kleine Hacken auf der Wand fallen runter, ohne dass man etwas aufhängt).
Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Einen solchen Zustand würde ich von einem 2 Sterne Hotel erwarten, oder einem Hostel aber nicht von einem Mercure Hotel. Wir haben während unserer Reise in Brasilien inklusive Manaus in wunderschönen Pousadas übernachtet, die günstiger und viel schöner waren. Dort hat man sich wohlgefühlt. Sogar in einem 3 Sterne Airport Hotel in Sao Paolo war der Standard besser für mindestens 50% günstigere Zimmerrate.
