I enjoyed my stay in Millennium Lakeview. It is very calm, clean and the lake makes it very charming .
The staff are wonderful, pleasant and very helpful especially at the reception.
I shall definitely come back

Sound proofing between rooms and to corridors is poor. Inconsistent housekeeping with provision of water, coffee, etc.
Rooms good size and good quality consistent with four star. Very clean.

Hotel i warn down and rooms general in poor condition in need of an upgrade. Hot water missing a couple of time. Towels not supplied to match number of people in the room. Safe not working and not attended to even after more observation to the front desk.

Pros:

The air conditioning worked poorly. So I slept uncomfortably. I informed management that evening but it did not improve. If it’s too warm I can’t get a good night sleep. I will not return to your hotel for that reason.

The rooms have small tiny window on the lake which defeats the purpose of overlooking a lake
Not enough towel, no floor mats in toilets, fridge not cooling, tv not working , floor carpet needs cleaning or changing

A great Hotel overall

So, The Gym cardio Life Fitness equipment is outdated - 3 treadmills only, The one I was using I experienced touchscreen problems, 1 was "out of order" and another a guy came in to use the other one and the noise from the belt just unbelievable.
Not sure about the bikes.
Housekeeping and maintenance to rooms very slow.

It would have been nice if the guy in the front with glasses if he speaks better English and not make jokes when the guest has a long flight, and I wish if had an actual mini refrigerator not drink chiller
