Pleasant stay but other 2 hotels we stayed at with less stars much better
Pros:

The property was well kept and facilities good.

Cons:

Reception Staff on checking had no idea about public transport and if possible to walk to Vilamoura.
Out on a limb and no hotel mini bus for airport transfer.

Overall very nice, just some minor things that’s aren’t even that bad
Pros:

I love the property as I use to be a junior golfer here in 2004-2008 with PGA professional Barry Hose, the rooms were lovely, pools were brilliant and check out time was amazing.

Cons:

Bed was abit firm, tv was abit dated and had no screen mirroring option.

Amazing experience. The staff is incredible, special thanks to reception and cleaning staff, going above and beyond to make our stay be the best possible. The room is comfortable, a lot of space, a very nice and comfortable bed, big bathroom with a good shower, lots of space and good pressure and temperature. It was our anniversary, and the staff made us a surprise with flowers inside the room, really amazing service.

Pros:

Breakfast - great no complaints at all.
Room - good -- could of had a better view - was looking over poor grassed area.
Pool great - but difficult to get towels - no assistant / no pool bar service

Cons:

Pool should have a Towel available section / bar service / or waiter service
Service at the bar was good but slow -- possibly under staffed.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Dogs should not be allowed. Saw one shit inside the hotel!!
Hotel is way to spread out with most rooms miles from the main hotel and breakfast.

We were made to get out of the hotel on the last day and wouldn’t let us store our bags when our flight wasn’t until 7pm
