Comfortable and clean room
At the time of my stay, there was MAJOR renovation going on. The pool was closed and because of the renovations, access to the breakfast area was difficult. Just getting to my room could be tricky. That being said, after the renovations are complete, this will be a very nice place to stay. The room was very small and I thought it was a bit pricy for this location
Location
It was under construction but was not on the website or booking apps. When we asked the hotel, we were told that there’s a sign on the door and the booking apps didn’t have the information and that it is somewhere on the hotel website.
Just walking through the hotel we got drywall dust on us and it was heavy in the air.
Customer service at the desk was very rude also.
The lady checking us in and out was great so helpful. I loved the shower also.
Breakfast it had good food but the oatmeal was too watery and the coffee was cold but I can’t complain really there was plenty of other things I could have eaten.
It was the best place to stay in a small town in Kentucky.
Location. Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast was great! Staying 4 nights, the staff was accommodating with extra towels, toilet paper, Kleenex , etc…
Internet problems. Pool not open yet with remodel.
Hampton Inn breakfasts are predictable. On the road, it is good to have a good start to the day, and overall, the options are adequate. The rooms take advantage of the rural setting by offering more space.
Over the years many of the Hampton Inns have cut back on the quality of the options for cereals, juices, fresh fruits, and quality oatmeals.

Awful experience start to finish!
Booked for our softball team during tournament...at check in, two rooms were double booked and not available, 1 room only had 1 bed and was supposed to be 2. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't let us talk to manager. Then one of our families truck had 2 tires slashed in parking lot and their truck topper slashed overnight..had to make police report..again front staff no help at all and still wouldnt assist with camera footage on the vandalism. Sketchy people lurking around and in the hotel lobby. Receptionist outside smoking the entire stay. Also pool was broke and closed...which was the o my reason our team booked there. Complete disaster....terrible. Receptionist needs to be fired asap and talking crazy disrespectful to our families!!

The desk clerk let us put a table and chairs from the pool are outside to create a smoking area.
The room was recently remodeled, and it was nicely done.
The TV didn't work. The phone wasn't connected. I went to the front desk 3 different times and couldn't find a manager to tell so it could be fixed. Also, the pool was closed, and we were looking forward to that. And the continental breakfast was disappointing.
