Fell in love with his hotel. The room and the view was fabulous, the front office team was great and dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Amazing hotel

The waterfront view room would definitely take your breath away. It was right in front of the Bay Bridge and very near the Ferry Building. Everything screamed wellness in the hotel; it was beautifully decorated and also well thought out. I had the most amazing time just sitting by the window and enjoying the view, especially when you can see the sunrise, and that was pure magic!

What an amazing hotel for New Years! The hotel is wonderful and cozy with the ultimate location across from the ferry building. Beautiful lobby and great staff. The New Years party was so much fun with a great band and great view of the fireworks. We booked one night but ended up staying for two.

Beautiful experience. World class staff. They are so wonderful to work on New Year’s Eve and being so helpful. Gorgeous outside baths!

I was delighted and very impressed to stay at the luxurious 1 Hotel San Francisco. This was a local staycation for me and my toddler son, and it was simply perfect. We had such a wonderful, magical time—I cannot wait to be back. Our room overlooked the spectacular view of the Bay and the San Francisco Bay Bridge, which was magical in itself. I discovered that each of the hotel’s eight floors features spacious outdoor balconies overlooking the Embarcadero and Ferry Building Plaza. Both our room and the entire hotel feature a modern, luxurious design with a strong focus on sustainability. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I truly appreciate the staff going above and beyond to provide guests with the highest level of cleanliness and comfort. I am also grateful to the staff for providing all the necessary amenities along with personalized room touches.

1Hotel Ruined any other hotel for me. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and welcoming. The rooms and hotel is incredibly clean. Everything is so quiet and relaxing. Room service is quick and tasty! In fact, all the food is tasty here! Beyond the value of the hotel itself, they donate 1% of your stay to environmental charities and work. My partner and I are already planning our next vacation around available 1Hotel locations.

This was Great for a romantic couples massage and outdoor soak! We had a wonderful and relaxing anniversary celebration.

The 1 Hotel San Francisco is a rare gem. It has a modern and clean (yet warm) aesthetic, an incredible location right across from the Ferry Building, and is dog-friendly. Our pup was greeted with a treat upon our arrival, making him feel very welcome, and Jeremey and Jackie at the front desk greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a comfy couch that looked out over the Bay Bridge, enabling us to enjoy watching all of the activity along the Embarcadero and in the Bay, as well as an incredibly cozy bed. The gym is spotless and well-equipped, and the restaurant has unbelievably fast service with healthy options that are sure to satisfy you. (Be aware that lunch service ends at 2PM and the afternoon menu is more limited.) I highly recommend a long stroll along the Embarcadero to enjoy the giant sculptures that are part of the Big Art Loop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and 1 Hotel will be our go-to when visiting SF!
