Pros:

The location was ideal especially it's so close to downtown. The hotel and the room itself was quiet. You didn't hear any other guests in the hallway or in the rooms next to you. The breakfast was good and the dining area was organized and clean.

Cons:

The parking garage just felt snug for my liking. My husband and I were in a truck. It felt like parking spots were too close. Breakfast was provided. It was good but I have a preference of the breakfast sausage to be browned more.

How close it was to the night life, we were able to walk around all afternoon and also enjoy the e-bike etc. transportation

Cons:

Wish there was more protein options such as bacon for breakfast and maybe have it extended to 10:30am as well.

I was disappointed by the fact that they charged so much for parking and the a/c was no working half the time.
Pros:

The property was ok

Cons:

The room smelled very musty and our a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and they said they couldn’t refund me because I went through booking.com. And the parking was almost $35 in addition to our cost of our room.

Overall, great choice to stay at this location
Pros:

For my one night stay, the Breakfast, Fitness Room, and Swimming Pool area was great and accessible

Cons:

When I travel, I prefer to be picked up by the hotel Shuttle / Transportation service to get to / from the hotel,
instead of taking a risk with private transportation services and facing a detour route. I almost switched hotels that offer pick up from the airport. However, I am grateful the hotel offered shuttle service to the cruise ship’s port area.

Here is another room for improvement: stay focus on my current hotel stay and let me decide if I will remember my experience to come back. Future Hotel Promotional Offers are not in the best interest of all customers and there is no guaranteed proof the promotion will be convenient for all customers. I was offered the “Pay Now & Stay Later,” sales speech before and after booking my 1 night at the Hampton Inn & Suites. I felt as though “the promotion,” sounded like a scam.
