La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Tiene aparcamiento el hotel. Esta en una zoina tranquila

Cons:

El precio del estacionamiento. Eso eleva la cuota en un % adicional. Los estacionamientos para huéspedes deberían ser más accesibles. Se están equivocando con costos más caros.

We booked it for a short stay after our cruise before heading home. It was fine.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. Service was good. Room was adequate. There was an outdoor pool, but it was too cold to use.

Cons:

Indoor pool. Ran out of food on our second day of stay, for the breakfast, I understand there was some delivery issues.
The laundry service was poor. The dryer didn't dry the clothes even after to cycles. That was unfortunate, as we wanted to clean our clothes after our cruise and prior to flying back home.

Great stay
Pros:

Convenient and everyone was very professional and helpful.

Cons:

My only complaint is personal. I did not like their pillows. Too soft and they had an old smell.

I had an excellent time with friends, black history tour, dining at Charley's Steak House
Pros:

All went well, good location in historic district of Ybor City.
Close Uber ride to other locations and to downtown Tampa
Close to airport also.

Good overall, most issues were minor and could be addressed by updating and remodeling.
Pros:

The location was overall good and served the purpose I needed for the trip.

Cons:

The layout of the hotel is off with no direct route from lobby front desk to the main street. You either have to go from parking garage behind the building or use a locked door on side trough dining area . There is only a set of set of elevators so you may be waiting a couple of minutes for the elevator. Also can get pretty noisy at night with the people partying in the area.

Really enjoyed the stay and loved the shuttle to the cruise terminal!

Staff was very nice from check in to check out!

Cons:

We could hear everything in the halls and from our neighbors through the walls but nothing else.
