It was close to restaurants and free shuttle to cruise port.
It was overpriced. The room was damp and muggy. Even with the air conditioning on, the dampness did not go away all night. It was also overpriced.
Able to walk out front door and walk around Ybor. Close to free team to downtown. Free transfer to cruise ports. Kids loved the waffles for breakfast

The location was ideal especially it's so close to downtown. The hotel and the room itself was quiet. You didn't hear any other guests in the hallway or in the rooms next to you. The breakfast was good and the dining area was organized and clean.
The parking garage just felt snug for my liking. My husband and I were in a truck. It felt like parking spots were too close. Breakfast was provided. It was good but I have a preference of the breakfast sausage to be browned more.
Cynthia and Laurie at the front desk were amazing! Very welcoming and fun with great personalities. Gave great info on local spots to visit, as well as greeted us every time we came in and out the building. Definitely was a great and warm full experience..
