Pros:

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of Janet, the wonderful front desk clerk. She was very friendly, gave us great advice including places to eat, how to catch the trolly, even helped both of us download the WiFi - with a smile.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast offered both hot and cold options.
This hotel also offers a shuttle to the cruise port
The location is in the heart of Ybor’s Historic District which offers LOTS choices of restaurants.
I would stay here again.

Cobran por usar el estacionamiento cuando ya estas pagando estancia, me parece un real robo y no hacen la limpieza diario solo cuando se les pide o después de 4 dias de estancia, el lugar era sucioo

Our stay was good, but not exceptional
Pros:

Location was good. Easy access to Ybor restaurants and tram.
Shuttle to cruise was very convenient and the facility to store bags after cruise for a few hours was helpful

Cons:

Building was located next to a large car park with views of new building work beyond

We enjoyed The Gasparilla night parade and close we were to all the festivities!
