Nice friendly staff
The room price was a little expensive
The breakfast was good, just wished they had some meat to go with the grits-bacon, sausage, etc. The location of the room was excellent, and the service was great.

Facility is really old. Peeling wallpaper, bathtub had lots of wear and tear and for the price it was not worth it.

The whole experience was rude and slow the chinese or whatever she is manager was so rude when I called up there about them still trying to charge my card for a whole misunderstanding that one of her employees caused… the lady told us at 4 in the morning saturday that we could check in and wouldn’t have to check out until sunday night, the room was $184.70.. we left the room to go get something to eat we come back they are trying to say we need to check out and that we would be charged again.. I called her to get a understanding she was telling me “ You thought you was gone get away with it” who in they right mind would pay $200 for 1 damn night in a hotel in AMERICUS GA. I will never ever be booking there again and I don’t advise any other young folks to either, it definitely gave they was trying to get over on us, instead of letting me speak with the lady that caused this whole confusion she steady saying she the manager and these are the rules like girl tell your employee that then!
Staff was exceptional and helpful. Location was close to things that mattered to me. Expectations lived up to what Hilton stands for.

Lobby bathroom door would not shut, resulting in me peeing myself. Was not rectified during my stay. I found out it has been broken for months.

We liked the price and the location
The front desk clerk lacked congeniality didn’t lead us through the registration process. Failed to tell us that the hotel serve free breakfast every morning, and where it could be found. It was not clear when you walked through the hotel. The facility is inadequate wouldn’t stay there again. How many hotels have just one elevator in a three-story hotel not many
