Pros:

The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent when there was creamer. I was able to keep the pets. And they helped every time we needed anything. Parking lot is so small. Safer then it seems. The mirrors were beautiful. They had a ice machine and was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

The room, it had dirty sheets, blood stains. That i didnt notice until morning.the pull out couch has visible debri that i had to get off as quickly as possible before my teenager seen and felt uncomfortable. Requested Sheets for his bed and they very clean. There was hair in the water jets before anyone took a shower. The table had visible crumbs. The chair had a blood stain. The floor was so sticky and dirty for being so beautiful. The fart fan didnt work. The tub was peeling. The gap under the door was bigger then im used to a little scary.

For the price you would expect it to be better than a motel 6

Carpet in hallways dirty need vacuum, bathroom floor dirty wasn’t swept, room floor dirty wasn’t swept or mopped sticky, elevator buttons didn’t work correctly, walls need a scrubbing, tile cracked in shower, shower leaked all over the bathroom, need a better shower curtain. Fridge wasn’t cold,

Comfy beds, wide and spacious room. Delicious room service!

Cons:

Was dirty underneath the pullout couch. Breakfast was until 9 but already stopped at 8. Couldn’t get anymore eggs, no juices, no milk.

Horrible, I’m very disappointed I will not stay at this place again. I would no recommend anyone to stay there.

Front desk receptionist during check-in Rachel was rude and didn’t want to provide a first responder discount after check-in. She gave us her keys to the rooms, one room restroom was extremely dirty black hair around the toilet by the sink and on the floor old yellow urine stains on the toilet seat and bottom of the toilet and there was no mini refrigerator in that room. The other room had a mini refrigerator but the floor by the bed had dead bugs and hair on the ground. The Restroom was missing towels. I did notify the receptionist racial about these things. She had nothing to say, but she said she would try to clean our room and clean her restroom. However she never came upstairs to clean it. The pool area was dirty inside the pool head, black particles. The hot tub didn’t work. There was no towels at the pool area. Breakfast on a Saturday is 7 AM to 10 PM however by 8 AM they ran out food other customers told the lady working at the breakfast if they had more, she replied no that’s all we have. The hallways in the hotel were carpet and they were dirty like they haven’t been vacuumed. This hotel is a no smoking hotel however, I did see numerous staff members smoking close to the building with the door open.
