The staff was not professional and did not meet our request with a situation in our room and surrounding guests
Easy access to where we were going and very nice and friendly staff my name ended up on the board at the desk too because it was my birthday
It was very clean and super pretty
THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND STAFF WAS SUPER NICE. WE HAD ALL ITEMS WE NEEDED IN OUR ROOM.
LOTS OF NOISES GOING ON AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT - NOT HOTEL'S FAULT. JUST INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE !!!!!
The room was absolutely horrible. Everything in the bathroom did not work, when we told the manager they only pulled the hair from our drain (2 hours before checkout) which left a HORRID smell in the bathroom. He claimed to have fixed the issue but we still could not shower, or use the sink. The toilet barely flushed and the exhaust fan did not work. The sink had 3+ inches of standing water when we left the room. But the issue was “resolved”. The manager was VERY unprofessional and so was the front receptionist. They just want your money and do not care whether you had a quality stay or not. I would take your 100 else where. I will NEVER stay at this location again.
Large Room. Rooms very clean.
Exterior of the Hotel was run down. Very unkept looking. Lighting in the rooms is terrible. No Hair Dryer. Front desk remarked that they get stolen. Breakfast was way below average. Nice staff however. Worried about crime around the location. If we had to do it over again we would have driven another hour out of Albuquerque.
Not a 9.1 rating at best an 7
Small parking lot that only fit about 1 floor worth of rooms. Stained “clean” sheets on bed and stains on couch. Room smelled like feet/ musky🤢 TV wasn’t working right. Broken down/immobile car in parking lot that someone is living in.
Los servicios de la alberca no está climatizada no funcionaba la calefacción y el agua estaba muy helada no se podía meter uno a la alberca
The location was close to many things to explore.
The room 201 has bed bugs and they refused to take responsibility for allowing people to stay in there knowing they have them. I am absolutely positive we were not the only ones to come across this issue. Housekeeping had to see the infestation and report it unless they are not switching out the linen.
Horrible part of town! Sits way back! Dirty location. We took one look and drove away!!!! We are traveling with a dog and did not feel safe taking them outside when needed.
This place is so horrible and dont want new mexicans too stay there she straight told me we dont want anyone from nm to stay there
