The location was close to many things to explore.
The room 201 has bed bugs and they refused to take responsibility for allowing people to stay in there knowing they have them. I am absolutely positive we were not the only ones to come across this issue. Housekeeping had to see the infestation and report it unless they are not switching out the linen.
Excellent staff, nice big room that was very clean.
Breakfast was good.
Pool closed, hot tub was open but needed cleaning.
Breakfast was horrible on the first few days not a lot of food. Pancake machine was broken. Had Walmart French toast sticks and yogurt and scramble eggs. Toast no butter, jelly or peanut butter. Later days they added Walmart sausage links and mini muffins.
Pool was broke and the parking lot was small if you went out at night you may not find room due to all the truck and trailers

The staff was rude, the pool was over chlorinated and we didn't even want to eat their breakfast. I will not stay here again, they say it was newly renovated but did not look like it.

The hotel was running out of breakfast 1 hour before it was supposed to end, and they refused to cook more. The gym did not have any equipment, the pool was ice cold, the rooms did not have enough towels even after we booked for 2 adults and 3 children. The blonde lady in the front desk seemed like she didn't care about her job, or she was a new hire. We requested the room to be cleaned and to get us the towels we needed and they took way longer than expected. The carts they have to move the luggage to the rooms was full of pet hair! Which i hated to get on my stuff!

It’s been our second time staying at this location. We enjoyed the first time last year so much, that we decided to stop there again, although the neighborhood is very questionable. Unfortunately it fell short. We were booked into the third floor (first time we were on ground level) and it seemed like they forgot to insulate the walls when they remodeled the rooms. It felt like we had the guests next door staying with us. The breakfast was great when we visited the first time. This time you had to get your paper plate at the hostess stand after you handed over the voucher. No eggs, no pastries, no bagels, no cream cheese. Yoghurt only on request. No cold milk. It felt very sad. When we left the bread box was completely empty and the hostess was struggling replacing the empty bag of pancake batter. She was super nice and polite.
We returned to our room to have one more cup of coffee only to find that all the provided coffee was decaf.

Breakfast was decent, not the best. Pool was cold due to heater being out & hot tub seemed a bit foamy.
