La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque Midtown

There were some type of water pipe running through the wall. The water would turn on for 10secs then shut off. After 50secs the water would turn on again for 10secs then off. This happened all night long. It was loud enough that it kept me up half the night. The extra lock on the door was broken. Cracks in the flooring. Molding loose.

Breakfast was lacking. Nothing was available. No protein.

It wasn’t clean, there were little animals, also used things from those that were before like shampoo and the beds were not clean and if you stay more than one night they don’t do cleaning until 3 days that you are there they don’t give you clean tullas or anything

They require breakfast tickets to obtain a paper plate at breakfast. I checked in late and the night auditor did not mention the tickets that he stuffed in the key cards as I was filling out paperwork so it was a huge surprise the next morning when I had to go back up to get the tickets before we could eat, but he didn't give me the correct number of tickets to begin with. There was hair in the eggs and the muffins were very stale. The whole property is in desperate need of a pressure washer and a deep clean. The outside had cigarette butts all over the side walk/road with what looked like dried garbage juice all over the concrete. The hot tub is absolutely filthy, as is the entire pool area. The concrete in the pool area had dark residue all over, like it came from dirty feet possibly, which made it super super slippery. The tub in our room had the paint peeled off it so bad that my kids could not sit down in the bathtub, as it was very scratchy and unappealing. They make you check out the pool towels and then check them back in, so we rode the elevator to the third floor soaking wet, my kids were so cold. The pictures of the property are wildly misleading. I would not stay here again and several guests mentioned the same thing during my stay here.

No one clean the room and dont bring me more towels

The pool was not working after I asked. The main reason I went was so my son could go swimming

Sheets were stained, puke in hallway, staff seemed as of they didnt care.

Our shower b alive was broke and we had to shower with cold water

Didn't like that the TV was not working and had to be brought to the front desk attention. Everything should be in working order before renting a room. Wall molding fell to the bed. Reported to front desk at which she instructed us to just set it on the floor. We are not an employee of La Quinta. Blinds were not working. Reported to front desk and was told that they would fix it. It never got fixed. We slept with the blind half open both nights. Some alarm went off at 3:47 am and continued off and on for almost 2 hours. We frequent this location and have always received a receipt for our lodging upon check out. They refused to give us a receipt. We really are considering on going else where for our lodging and reservation needs.

The staff was not professional and did not meet our request with a situation in our room and surrounding guests

It was very clean and super pretty
