Pros:

Hotel je čist i uredan, doručak raznovrsan i sasvim dovoljno prostora u restoranu. Dobar odnos cijene i usluge.

Cons:

Lokacija je solidna, ne baš idealna.

Eine Woche Famlienurlaub in Istanbul im Frühjahr
Pros:

Das Barin-Hotel liegt sehr zentral im europäischen Teil von Istanbul, Nahe der Altstadt und den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren schön gestaltet, die Betten bequem, es gab ausreichend heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Auf Wunsch bekamen wir zwei Zimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten.

Cons:

In einem der Zimmer (straßenseitig) roch es merkbar nach - eher altem - Zigarettenrauch, obwohl es Nichtraucher-Zimmer sind. Entweder war es früher mal ein Raucher-Zimmer oder der Rauch kam durch die Lüftung, keine Ahnung. Die ersten Nächte waren ruhig, dann bekamen wir Nachbarn ins Zimmer nebenan, die man leider deutlich gehört hat. Das Innenhof-Zimmer war insgesamt recht ruhig, das straßenseitige eher lauter (Verkehr, Muezzin).

Pros:

Зручне розташування в тихому місці, поблизу метро та трамваю, дуже уважний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти, смачні сніданки, чисті кімнати, зручні ліжка з чистою білизною! Зупиняюся не вперше, рекомендую!

Pros:

Sasvim prosecan hotel. Lokacija dobra u smislu da je blizu metro stanica. Eventualno do grand bazara mozete peske, ostalo prevozom. Osoblje ljubazno, dorucak dobar.

Cons:

U kupatilu je bila polomljena daska na toaletu, jastuci su bili veliki meni licno neudobni - ali to je vec subjektivna procena. Ono sto nam je najvise smetalo jeste buka iz susednih soba. Zidovi izuzetno tanki pa se sve cuje. U sobi pored je jedno vece bila velika buka, muzika, do posle ponoci, i niko od osoblja nije reagovao, dok mi nismo lupali na zid. Zar ne postoji nikakav red i pravila?

Good place for a couple of days to explore old Istanbul
Pros:

Good location for exploring the Fatih district and sightseeing, excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants around.

Cons:

Sound isolation is not great, one can here neighboors and corridor. The couch in the suite room is not very comfortable to sleep on.

Mic dejun ok, poziție ok, curat.

Cons:

Pereții sunt subțiri, se aude zgomot și de afară și din hotel..
Spațiul este mic in camera. Ar fi fost de preferat sa existe o măsuta și 2-3 scaune/fotolii sa poți sta și altfel decat pe pat.
Wifi acceptabil într-o cameră și neutilizabil in alta.

Perfect stay in Istanbul

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect. I would gladly return for another stay, as it offers great value for money.

Cons:

A small, gentle suggestion: it would be lovely if the reception staff could speak a bit more English and welcome guests with a warm smile or a simple hello upon arrival.
