Comfortable and very clean and great staff!

Great hotel for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff (desk, housekeeping, etc) were very nice and helpful. It was ideally located for us. FREE COFFEE!!!

A little run down but the staff were friendly and helpful when possible.
Pros:

The location was good and it was a good breakfast. The staff that I encountered were all friendly and accommodating when it was possible.

Cons:

I was on the 3rd floor and the roof mounted air unit was load and constant. Also shower gel dispenser in my room was bone dry the first night/morning. The rooms have an acrid smell. I suspect it’s the air freshener but it has a very sharp chemical smell.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Staff nice.

Cons:

Outside needs major cleaning/power wash, green mold.
Pool was disgustingly, needs to be emptied & scrubbed.
Noisy. Shower needs heavy duty cleaning, not maid’s fault. Entire hotel needs deep cleaning if you’re going to charge $199 for basic room. Very disappointed for the price point.

Just a lovely stay.
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I found odd, not really disliked, was that you have to ask for a microwave in the room. They will gladly provide it, but you have to ask for one.
