Great and as per our expectations.
Pros:

Clean and elegant. The actual stay was as the pictures on booking.

Cons:

The main bar could have been opened for a bit longer, but the last day they showed us another bar that was deep within the hotel, not easy to find without asking. Please make better signs for visitors to find this one.

Nice location and architecture let down by cleaning standards and coolness of the staff's attitude
Pros:

The building is beautiful, and there is an excellent selection of restaurants. The spa, salon, and gym facilities are commendable. Its location is very central.

Cons:

Our room experienced two leaks, and we were subsequently relocated to a room of lesser quality, which was unfortunately not accompanied by an apology. Responses to some of our inquiries were not always straightforward. The rooms were not as clean as one might hope, with a grubby duvet and rubbish present on the floor upon our arrival in the new room. There was a noticeable lack of consistency between the two rooms we occupied; for instance, the second room did not provide ground coffee. The individual responsible for cleaning our room appeared to be unwell but was not wearing a mask. Also, despite making a reservation at the restaurant Kebabs & Kurries, when we arrived we were treated quite poorly until we showed the email confirmation with the reservation.

Rohil is very good at his job and loves serving his customers.
Pros:

Rohil was so attentive and caring. He is knowledgeable about the hotel and helped me learn the features of my room. He helped me unpack and organize the room so that it fits my needs.
