Pros:

Good location with good proximity to BKC, Churchgate, Prabhadevi, good food, comfortable room, smooth check in and check out process

Cons:

They cant make coffee.I have stayed here before and given them this feedback. I dont understand why making good coffee (I asked for oatmilk cappuccino) should be so difficult.

Some of ur staff at the dinning area not sure of the regulations the first day of dinner I ask for lime soda she say it’s complementary and the 2 day I ask she say hv to pay I say ok when I am leaving I ask her to put in my hotel rm bill and she replied it complementary so not sure of their duties

Home from home service at beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
Pros:

Great location and fantastic service. All the staff are so attentive and go out of their way to help with anything and everything.
The team created a lovely surprise with decorations and cake for my sister’s birthday. Shagufta, Anil and their teams are amazing and they provide excellent service with a smile. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in Mumbai.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at ITC Grand Central. The hotel beautifully combines luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the overall experience was truly memorable.

A special mention to Subodh at the Concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us with every request. His local knowledge, prompt service, and genuine willingness to help made our stay seamless and enjoyable.

I would also like to thank Rishabh from the Food & Beverage team for his exceptional service. He was attentive, courteous, and ensured that every dining experience was delightful.

The staff’s professionalism and personal touch are what truly set this hotel apart. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Mumbai.
