A second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful especially at reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is location central to most parts of Mumbai. The Gym is well equipped and staff there helpful too. Breakfast is okay,
Comparatively speaking the in-room dining is expensive when compared to similar hotels around Mumbai.
The rooms were very good and spacious
there was a smell in the foyer/corridor.
the smoking floor could use some more air purifiers and air fresheners

Restaurant is small, every day I go there I found kitchen smill stick in my clothes
There room price is high
Huge selection for breakfast. We had to leave early one our check out day and staff let us pack a lovely breakfast for the evening. The lounge access was a great addition with stunning views, nibbles and drinks.
All staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive but gave us space too.

everything except the toilet
The toilet was smaller than what we would expect for a hotel of this size and grandeur. Please improve the quality of the toilet seats. The plastic seat feels thin and low-quality - very uncharacteristic of a 5-star hotel. In addition the toilet seat of the room we stayed in gelt slightly tilted
Good location
Gym out of date, food choices too restrictive and not healthy enough, tired looking rooms and common areas
Dinner was hopeless in the Restaurant and the food was tasteless at Peshawari.
Decor, Staff and we had a prior booking and lots of tables vacant in the Restaurant and still we were forced to sit in an uncomfortable table facing the entrance doorway of the restaurant.
Useless Staff and they looked Busy amongst themselves.
