We invited few guests, thanks to Chef Anshul for personally taking good care of us so well . thefood of Itc is not to miss. the breakfast is delivious with variety of options that have a unique taste.The F&B team was very courteous and looked after us well.

Excellent stay ,good experience, we had a meaningful moment spend our luxurious stay , the team Front office was very overwhelming whelming and hospitality was very warm , the restaurants were excellent, all thanks to the staffs who contributed and added warmths to our stay definitely coming back . Beware: this hotel does not refund the INR 100,000 holding deposit despite promising to do so within 24 hours of checking out. It's been 3 weeks we are still waiting for the deposit to be credited to our card.

This is a pure staycation experience on my 10th Wedding Anniversary at the Property!

Having booked via the ITC website for a staycation at ITC Grand Central, for my 10 anniversary, wanted to make it special for wife. The team ensured that the room was decorated with cake / rose petals (even though flowers arent allowed in room) & swans. The checkin was at 3 pm - seamless with the Guest Relation officer - Jian who made it a point to make it special. She took us to the room and guided what we could do during our stay. Wife loved the experience. The Tower room was excellent with adequate storage / clean and luxurious with a bath tub.

The Reception & all service staff were excellent & always had an smile. We had access to the 30 floor Bar - Point of view (Limited access bar) where we had evening high tea & enjoyed the snacks + view from the quaint bar.

We had our dinner at the Hornsby's pavilion which was a special buffet for Parsi new year (the dishes were amazing). Wife loved the spread at the restaurant - Although i was unwell i still enjoyed the food and service. Food was authentic Parsi alongwith loads of desserts parsi style. Post dinner we roamed around the property seeing quiet and wonderful picturseque garden/Fountain. A wonderful accordian artist played Hindi & English songs on request during the buffet making it perfect.

The next day we headed to Hornsby's pavillion for the breakfast (I was famished due to being on empty stomach due to my acidity issue). The buffet for breakfast was a really good spread which i and wife both loved, Indian/International spred with a Sehnai artist building the mood for the morning. We ate till we were full. The team at Hornsby were very attentive and reached out to us if we needed anything with. The proactiveness is something worth appreciating for.

We did spend our morning at Point of view for that view and tranquility it gave us.

The Pool on L2 level and gym, spa is worth visiting (Spa will be done next time). Our Lunch was an option between the properties 2 restaurants at 12 pm - Kebab & Curry / Dakshin - Both being highly rated. We chose Kebab & curry as we wanted to try the ITC famous peshawari cusine. The Restaurant didnt disappoint - Wonderful service (Equally wonderful & helpful), and the food we ordered was their famous dal makhini, roti & Naan & a wonderful paneer starter, alongwith Mango Lassi, virgin pinacolada. The food was absouletly mouth watering with the quaint ambience it was perfect.

I saw how meticulous service it was, giving all guests attention, and ensured top service, This was evident with the Resident Manager - Shivani Gupta herself making sure everything was at ITC service levels & more. She did ask us how our exprience was & if we needed anything.

Post our meal we checked out of the room - with Jian making sure we enjoyed the stay. We experienced really good hospitality. So much so we would be coming back to experience it again (Stay) and try the amazing spread at their restaurants.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members Shagufta at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional in her approach.

Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Whether it was ensuring a smooth check-in, promptly addressing requests, she made the entire experience feel comfortable and personalized.

What impressed me the most was her ability to anticipate needs even before they were expressed, reflecting both her experience and dedication to hospitality. It’s staff members like her who elevate a stay from good to truly memorable.

ITC hotels are always beautiful. I always stay in different hotels when coming to India but ITC has always been a unique experience. This hotel was great, the staff went above and beyond, every single on of them from check in, house keeping, lounge and breakfast. I cannot fault it.

The lounge was my favourite, the cocktails and drinks were flowing and the staff were attentive an ensured we were looked after.

It's always sad to see a few entitled guests talk to the hardworking staff in a rude manner which they would never get away with doing in any other country. I wish there was a zero tolerance policy for such behaviour, but even then they handled it like pros!
