sehr freundlich, schöne Umgebung.
Leider gewisse Verständigungsprobleme, obwohl wir D, F, It, En sprechen
per Telephon war das Hotel am Abend (gegen 20h) nie erreichbar

angekommen, waren keine Kinderbetten (beide unter 3j, und bei der Anmeldung in Hotels.com angegen. evt ein Problem der Kommunikation der hotels.com website?)

Maison blanche recht veraltet, keinen Kühlschrank (im Gegensatz zur hotels.com seite)

aber war sehr nett und hat uns gefallen

Fijne slaapplek, lekkere bedden en een heerlijk ontbijt.

The hotel is opposite to of spa, the hotel is old, in addiction the bedroom is not the bedroom in the photos of expedia.
The breakfast was very good in quality and variety.
The staff is very frendly, bad the sauna was not working.

I have been a guest at this property for many years, and I have seen a disturbing decline in the overall service, and amenities. There has been no improvement of the rooms, and the entire property. The small staff present were very helpful and caring during our visit. They were outstanding.

La photo sur le site n est pas celle des bains de l hotel. Les bains en photo sont payants, meme s ils sont accessibles depuis l hôtel

Haben ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Laut Rezeption bekamen wir ein Upgrade und hatten nun ein Zimmer im Gebäude nebenan " Le France ****". Das Zimmer war einigermassen sauber, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt. Eine Lüftung im Badezimmer die nicht funktionierte, schimmlige Dusche, Kaugummi am Bett...
Ob dies wirklich ein Upgrade war,...

Das Frühstück war wunderbar, hatte grosse Auswahl und war frisch.

Das Personal konnte fliessend russisch, jedoch leider nur gebrochen Deutsch oder Französisch, wenn überhaupt.

Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel in der Schweiz erwarten wir deutlich mehr!

Das Hotel ist sehr Renovation bedürftig Eingang ist OK bar OK und zmorgen Raum OK Junior Suite für 340 fr . Nein danke . Teppich kaputt min bar wahr lehr . Wellness Bereich ausen schrecklich . 1 mal . Nimmer

Wellnessbereich in die Jahre gekommen !! funktioniert nicht.
Die Zimmer und Bäder ebenfalls veraltet.
Mann fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen!
Werden das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.Frühstück war ok

It is a bit confusion to get around the various buildings to get to the room, which was in Maison Blanche, the older building. The state of the room needs a real redo, as well as the free pool, which is not very clean. But the situation is ideal in the center of the village. Parking daily will cost you 14 CHF, the staff at the reception can be overwhelmed (and slow) trying to explain the complex to all travellers. Breakfast buffet really complete and with varied sorts of food fruits juice bread. The coffee machine was broken, so brew coffee only. But staff there at the breakfast place efficient and nice.

Man merkt den zusehends fehlenden Unterhalt. Zimmer ok, Frühstück gut, Personal tw überfordert. Sprachliche Verständigung schwierig.
Gesamteindruck aber noch gut.

Positif: bon petit déjeuner, qualité des bains
Négatif: indifférence totale du personnel, on a été "envoyé" dans une chambre d'un autre bâtiment (ne correspondant pas à celui indiqué sur la photo lors de la réservation) en passant dehors (avec valises) au contact d une fanfare établie devant le bâtiment

Très bon séjour! Chambre propre
Peu de monde donc très agréable pour la piscine ! Seule la piscine extérieure est ouverte pour le moment pour cause Covid !
L’hôtel est vieillissant Comme il est bien placé et c’est un bon rapport qualité je recommande

En raison de la pandémie, le spa intérieur a été fermé. (alors que nous avions prévu un certificat 2G+ expressément pour le séjour) Nous n'avons pas été informé de cette fermeture. Les conditions prévue lors de la réservation n'ont pas été respectées, sans compensation de la part de l'Hôtel.

Offre appréciable du petit-déjeuner.

Moins apprécié
=> animation extérieure bruyante tous les après-midis (hôtel pour se reposer => à oublier)
=> chambre 232, salle de bain à mettre à niveau
=> nettoyage des tables durant petit-déjeuner (spray désinfection)
=> bar et coin cheminée au rez, fermés

Hotel war viel zu teuer für was es anbietet, unfreundliches Personal, komplett veraltet und kein direkter Durchgang zum Pool! Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Piscines intérieures fermées même en 2G .
Assez vieillot mais entretenu.
