It’s fine
Pros:

Nothing decidedly good or bad about the property. It’s an older courtyard with some updating, tvs are small, thermostats are analog, furniture is older and style is outdated (round chairs and couches). The rooms are clean and the front desk people are nice and try to be helpful. The windows in the rooms are not sound proofed and we ended up on the end of the hotel by the main road. If you’re a light sleeper you will get woken up. Overall older style courtyard and pretty much what you’d expect from the brand these days.

Location and price were very good

Cons:

The bathrooms downstairs by the lobby were very dirty. There were small flies in the stalls, and the toilets were not cleaned.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately I think they're overpriced.
Pros:

The hotel staff, front desk staff and anyone else was extremely nice.

Cons:

We checked in late, exhausted and when I laid on the bed it had a the sheets had an odd smell. They looked clean but something was off. The bed had a spring or was old. I stay in a lot of hotels so I hate writing this but it cost me an extra 45.00 to include breakfast which turned out to be one ticket. I paid another 20.00 for a coffee and egg sandwich.

Pros:

No extra blanket in closet. Beds not comfortable, lobby not played out well. Just not an accommodating place. I won’t stay there again

Noisy hotel
Pros:

I'm still here on business for two more weeks. Up to now it's been a great experience. My room is above the restaurant patio and up til tonight no issues. Right now there are so many loud patrons on the patio. It is 9 o'clock at night and I need my rest. The hotel is not very accommodating. Basically they're telling me that I can move my room, but that would involve probably 30 minutes or more and a major inconvenience after settling in three days ago. This is ridiculous all this noise from the patio. My recommendation is if you choose this hotel and you need sleep ensure that you are not in a noisy area.
I'm really not happy how the hotel is handling this matter

We had dinner at the property and Timm was very efficient and friendly. He made sure we had everything we need.
