Loved my stay at Protea Hotel. It was really luxury personified. The staff were super helpful and friendly at all times.

An amazing stay with breathtaking views, outstanding service, and incredible food, we would definitely return.
Pros:

The views were absolutely incredible and really made the whole stay unforgettable. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. They truly made our stay feel special. The restaurant on the property was also fantastic, with really delicious food.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, everything was excellent.

Mixed impression as my phone was lost and not recovered whilst in the hotel

Location and decor and restaurant

Cons:

Expensive for facilities and no breakfast included
Also my mobile phone was stolen from the hotel when I accidentally left it in the bathroom for no more than 10 minutes. Staff were helpful but could have shown more urgency to deal with the matter
