Its been a real disappointment
Pros:

The pool, Rachel and Tara are wonderful always helpful.

Cons:

The fire alarms were going off and there was no communication causing myself to have to run down 3 flights of steps to find out that it was a gas leak just to only have to run back up to get my dogs and family. They didnt give anyone an inconvenience fee of 20 off the bill or something. Had us sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours and finally got back in and Ive stayed here before and has smelled gas in that area before and many other times I was here. I run my own business and would never treat my customers the way we were treated. Its ashame that this stay has been so disappointing so far.

Asked for easy location of room. We are senior citizens. Our room was as far away from the elevator as possible. Carts were not available. Check-in was managed by one clerk and the line was long

Decent place and good location but definitely needs updating
Pros:

Didn’t eat breakfast

Cons:

Needs updating. Carpets really stained. Shear curtains with holes and tears. Wood flooring pulling apart. I stay here 3-5 times a year mainly because of location. Will be looking to stay elsewhere next trip

Comfortable stay and great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, just needed to be more variety of items. Close to the Expo center and to places to eat and a close gas station. Clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Convenient location next to my job during a snow storm. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Ceiling fan above the bed needs to be replaced. The fan blades were sagging. Bathroom light where the shower and toilet ate needs to be fixed. You have to flip the switch a few times for it to turn on.

Pros:

Dreadful-breakfast was cold, water wasn't hot, towels were like postage stamps and just as absorbent, front desk people were disinterested-surprisingly bad

We thought that our stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been especially for the money spent.

Bed was comfortable

An Unfriendly reception person.
Included Cooked breakfast was cold
The coffee was very weak (even the “bold” type)
Very small cheap towels
Minimal hot water for showers
Bedspread was too small for the bed and very thin.
