the food in the restaurant was lovely staff were really nice parking good
I didn't like the fact our room had adjourning doors with the room next door you could hear them talking and didn't feel safe, also we were on the ground floor and the person above us was like a heard of elephants stomping from each end of the room and back, if we stayed again we'd request a top floor room.

My now husband and i went the 4th of july with 30 guests we had the best time ever we hired Smilers to decorate the room it looked beautiful and i had hair and makeup done by Spoit at the sister hotel i was nervous but they listened to what i wanted and i looked lovely.
the bagpipes played us in and out and we had photos by Clarke studios thanks to all of you it made our day special.
Thanks to all at the hotel everything went smoothly food was amazing too and we have a beautiful day to remember

I booked the hotel directly , there was advance as 78£ or so . This does not clarify that of you cancel 2 weeks before your advance is not refunded

if you book through hotel break. Come , you can cancel with fees of £7.50 even 2 days before your date of arrival
However once we reached here , we were given a good suite , staff at kitchen were also very helpful , staff at reception were also good
Cancellation Policy
Flexible: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. If you cancel your stay within 72 hours of arrival or in case of a no show, the balance of your stay will be charged in full.
However when I challenged that , it did not go well with them . My wife wanted to go through hand binding for renewing vows. We managed to get back there , once we got another day , we did not loose deposit.
Shabby noisey and over rated.
We stayed for just one night in a very small room on a very warm evening and so we had to open the window. Being so close to the main road we got very little sleep.
The food was average at best. It may have been a 4 star hotel in the past but not now.
We had our wedding here on the 3rd July 26, it was absolutely perfect and that’s all thanks to the staff for going above and beyond to make your special event perfect.there wasn’t one hiccup , the food was delicious as well , it was flawless and so well organised they just took you through each step of the way. So friendly and reassuring.Can highly recommend signature Suite 1 for bridal suite it was really spacious and modern with everything you need.We loved getting married in the Coach House ,very intimate and the minister was lovely .
