The hotel was lovely, great location, clean & friendly
unable to use mini lift, or the wheelchair by the door and it was an exceptionally long walk to our room for my dad.
the room was far to hot, turned radiator down & slept with window open but then disturbed nights sleep with all the traffic going past.

The food in the restaurant was very good and value for money
The only criticism was the space between the end of the bed and the hanging clothes closer in our bedroom. My wife struggled to get through the gap and caught her feet on the side of the bed.
The location is good, the reception staff very friendly and the room was clean.
The evening meal was expensive, basic (smash used for potato). Not value for money.

Mattress protected very stained never noticed till I stripped the bed when leaving pillows could be a softer
We stayed over here on the way up to Inveraray. The hotel was comfortable and spotlessly clean.
It's famous for weddings and several had gone on during the day we arrived. A lot was going on but the staff made every one feel special on their wedding day.
We were "just" guests and were welcomed by the lovely staff.
Their customer service was excellent.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Lovely choice and really well prepared - delicious.
Breakfast, the full Scottish breakfast was really good, my husband said it was the best breakfast he d had in ages.
