SUCH A GREAT STAY!
Pros:

Maria in the restaurant was incredible. Friendly, helpful and lovely.
All the staff were.
The food was gorgeous. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day.
Couldn't do enough for us.
The location is perfect for visiting Gretna.
The grounds are lovely and the rooms comfy and stocked.

Cons:

There are absolutely no hooks or hanging places in the bathroom.
Completely nowhere to place your towel or robe or clothes other than the loo, sink or floor. Just a couple of easy hooks would make all the difference.

Overall was a nice stay.
Pros:

We w pi joe ahve preferred a room with a view instead of not being able to see outside. And giving we had a toddler who drinks milk a mini fridge would ahve been ideal.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice. Staff were very helpful mąż

Exactly what we were looking for
Pros:

We’ve stayed her so many times, it’s just a lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, it has a happy peaceful feel to it and seeing all the bridal parties is lovely

Cons:

Not the hotels fault at all, but the restaurant was closed. We were taxied to the sister hotel for dinner and the food was excellent. Can’t really pick a fault with the hotel. We’ve never had a bad stay there

Disappointed
Cons:

Heavily stained carpet in room, mould in bathroom and dust everywhere. Communal areas not clean. Attention to detail seriously lacking. Such a shame we’ve been there 3 times. Won’t be returning
